JPMorgan analyst Samik Chatterjee sees Nvidia's latest results as a bullish signal for compute and optical stocks. Data center revenue soared 93% year-over-year to $35.6 billion, with compute revenue alone skyrocketing 116%.

Not everything was flawless &#8211; networking revenue dropped 9% as Nvidia transitions from NVLink 8 with InfiniBand to NVLink 72 with Spectrum-X, noted Chatterjee. However, the company expects networking to return to sequential growth next quarter, thanks to deployments at major AI factories. 
According to Chatterjee, Microsoft, Oracle, and CoreWeave are among those fueling Spectrum-X adoption, while Nvidia's recent Cisco partnership could help expand its enterprise reach.

We want to see high sales growth over one-, three-, and five-year periods. We are not interested in short-lived trends or companies that experience temporary spikes in demand, such as those selling fad products.
We also want companies that maintain strong balance sheets with ample liquidity. Their financial statements should show continued improvement. We avoid companies that are persistently borrowing more money or issuing stock to fund their operations.
To simplify our search, we screen for companies with high revenue growth rates and Piotroski F-Scores of seven or higher. This straightforward formula delivers returns that consistently outperform the market and helps uncover major winners before they begin to soar.
Over the past decade, this approach has uncovered significant winners, including off-the-radar stocks like Mr. Cooper (Ticker: COOP), Fortinet (Ticker: FTNT), and Arista Networks (Ticker: ANET) early in their meteoric rise. It has also maintained positions in well-established giants such as NVIDIA (Ticker: NVDA), Amazon (Ticker: AMZN), and Meta (Ticker: META).
