Novartis AG (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVS#NYSE">NVS</a>) on Thursday released topline results from the Phase 3 GCAptAIN study evaluating Cosentyx (secukinumab) for newly diagnosed or relapsing <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/health-care" rel="noreferrer noopener">giant cell arteritis (GCA)</a>.
Giant cell arteritis is an inflammation of the lining of the arteries.
