Datavault AI Inc. (CSI) assets today, May 20, 2025. In alignment with this milestone, the Company will host a business update call at 9:00 AM ET, as previously announced.
In conjunction with the closing, Datavault will name John Mark LoGiurato as President of the CSI Division of Datavault AI (the "CSI Division"). On May 20, 2025, in connection with Mr. LoGiurato's appointment as President of the CSI Division, Mr. LoGiurato will be granted 500,000 units of restricted stock of Datavault AI (the "Units") as an inducement material to Mr. LoGuirato's entering into employment with the Company. The Units were approved by the board of directors of the Company and granted outside of the Company's 2020 Stock Incentive Plan and 2018 Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). In connection with the award of Units, Mr. LoGiurato and the Company have entered into an Inducement Award Agreement for the Units, which agreement contemplates half of the Units vesting in equal 3-month installments over a 36-month period beginning June 20, 2025, and the other half of the Units vesting upon the CSI Division obtaining aggregate revenue equaling or exceeding $25 million over any trailing 12 calendar month period ending on or prior to the date that is 5 years from the grant date.
Datavault AI expects to complete the final steps outlined in the amended asset purchase agreement with CSI today. Following the transaction, CSI's assets and operations will be fully integrated into Datavault AI's business.

Black also said how the surge in new registrations could be a source of relief for investors. "Last week's registrations should be a relief to investors after the prior week's disappointing registrations of 3.1K," he said.
Why It Matters: News of the registrations comes in as Tesla is experiencing a decline in sales in the U.S. as well as in various markets in the European region, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/25/05/45192200/teslas-european-woes-deepen-as-new-car-sales-for-april-plunge-in-spain-as-chinese-rivals-soar">including the likes of Spain</a>.
Musk's EV giant is also reportedly sitting on an inventory of <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/25/05/45216453/tesla-has-over-10000-units-of-unsold-cybertrucks-in-its-us-inventory-amid-poor-sales-report">10,000 unsold Cybertrucks</a> in the U.S. despite releasing a cheaper, RWD trim level of the vehicle in a bid to boost sales.
The company is also accepting<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45487522/tesla-is-accepting-trade-ins-for-2024-cybertruck-amid-plummeting-sales-figures-report"> trade-ins for the Cybertruck</a>, only a year after the pickup truck's official launch, signaling a difficult time for the company to move cars off the dealership lots.

Tesla New Vehicle Registrations Surge In China, Gary Black Says It Should Provide Investors Some Relief

Ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and the Company's listing on such exchange is not affected by the receipt of the Notice
SINGAPORE, May 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FBS Global Limited (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FBGL#NASDAQ">FBGL</a>) disclosed that it had received a notice (the "Notice") from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") that FBGL is not currently in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing of the Company's ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Nasdaq Capital Market, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rules (the "Minimum Bid Price Requirement"). The Notice indicated that the Company has 180 days, or until November 10, 2025 (the "Compliance Deadline"), to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement by having the closing bid price of the Ordinary Shares meet or exceed $1.00 per Ordinary Share for at least ten consecutive business days.
The Notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's Ordinary Shares, which continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "FBGL". The Company intends to monitor the closing bid price of its Ordinary Shares and may, if appropriate, consider implementing available options to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement, including a reverse stock split (i.e., a share consolidation). If the Company does not regain compliance by the Compliance Deadline, the Company may be afforded an additional 180 calendar day period to regain compliance as provided by the Nasdaq Listing Rules.

Experts were assessing the impact of President Donald Trump&#8216;s tax cuts via the proposed &#8216;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/05/45506863/trumps-big-beautiful-bill-advances-heres-who-wins-and-loses">Big, Beautiful Bill</a>,&#8217; as Moody&#8217;s also highlighted the impact of the tax cuts from 2017, and underscored it as a key reason for its decision to downgrade the U.S. credit rating from Aaa to Aa1 on May 16, 2025.
Meanwhile, the 10-year Treasury bond yielded 4.45% and the two-year bond was at 3.96%. Cues From Last Session:
Healthcare, consumer staples, and industrials led the S&amp;P 500&#8217;s Monday gains as U.S. stocks mostly climbed, with the Dow Jones adding over 100 points.
However, energy and consumer discretionary stocks bucked the upward trend, closing lower.
This positive momentum followed a strong prior week where the S&amp;P 500 rose 5.3%, the Dow increased 3.4%, and the Nasdaq Composite surged 7.2%.
Despite Moody&#8217;s downgrading U.S. sovereign credit from Aaa to Aa1, investors showed limited concern. Notably, UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UNH#NYSE">UNH</a>) shares jumped over 8% on Monday, extending Friday&#8217;s 6% surge, after executives purchased shares during a recent dip.
Novavax Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVAX#NASDAQ">NVAX</a>) also soared 15% following FDA approval for its Nuvaxovid COVID-19 vaccine for high-risk individuals.
On the economic front, the CB Leading Index saw a 1% monthly decline in April.

Insights From Analysts:
As the S&amp;P 500 index recovered and it was just 2.99% lower than its all-time high of 6,147.43 points, Subu Trade shares data in an X post suggesting that the index tends to rally for 2-12 months after notching such &#8220;quick recoveries.&#8221;
Last time the S&amp;P 500 recovered from -18% to -3% within 50 days, it returned 20.43% on average after one year and 4.86% after three months.
Also, the data shows that the index was higher than 100% of the time after nine months and a year.
&#8220;These quick recoveries tend to see stocks rally more over the next 3-12 months. Momentum is strong,&#8221; the X post stated.

Meanwhile, analysts at BlackRock <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/market-summary/25/05/45512310/blackrock-bets-on-inflation-goes-overweight-inflation-linked-bonds-amid-us-fiscal-sustainability-challenge-heres-a-list-of-etfs-investors-can-consider">bet on rising inflation</a> by being "overweight" on the inflation-linked bonds. 
This strategic shift is to mitigate risks stemming from "persistent inflation pressure" and growing concerns over the sustainability of U.S. government finances.
The note also highlighted how the U.S. debt sustainability relies on large and steady funding by foreign investors.
"The downgrade reinforces the U.S. fiscal sustainability challenge that we've long flagged, especially persistent U.S. budget deficits at a time when higher interest rates are boosting debt servicing costs. If these dynamics dent the confidence of foreign bond holders, rising term premium could push up bond yields and debt servicing costs even more," explained BlackRock in its note.
As a result, BlackRock&#8217;s current strategy now anticipates higher term premiums for U.S. Treasuries and ongoing inflation.
"That&#8217;s why our starting point also includes our expectation of rising term premium for U.S. Treasuries and persistent inflation pressure. We go overweight inflation-linked bonds and neutral global investment grade credit given wider spreads," the note stated.
Even though U.S. assets are still core to their portfolios, BlackRock&#8217;s shift into inflation-linked bonds highlights their proactive approach to counter looming fiscal and inflationary challenges.

<li>ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ASPI#NASDAQ">ASPI</a>) zoomed 14.49% after announcing multiple deals with TerraPower involving financial support and future HALEU supply.</li>

Crude oil futures were trading lower in the early New York session by 0.19% to hover around $62.02 per barrel.
Gold Spot US Dollar rose 0.24% to hover around $3,238.07 per ounce. Its last record high stood at $3,500.33 per ounce. The U.S. Dollar Index spot was lower by 0.22% at the 100.2010 level.
Asian markets ended higher on Tuesday except South Korea's Kospi and India's S&amp;P BSE Sensex index. Australia's ASX 200, Japan's Nikkei 225, Hong Kong's Hang Seng, and China&#8217;s CSI 300 indices advanced. European markets were higher in early trade.
