What Happened:&nbsp;According to a report, Susan Miller, a CIA veteran, dismissed Gabbard&#8217;s allegations. 
Miller, who was part of the team that compiled the 2019 Mueller report, said in an interview with CNN, &#8220;We&nbsp;definitely had the intel to&nbsp;show with high probability that&nbsp;the specific goal of the&nbsp;Russians was to get Trump&nbsp;elected.&#8221;

She added that if&nbsp;there had been any pressure,&nbsp;she and her team would have resigned.
"What Tulsi is saying is we only want to hear anything that's pro-Trump, pro-Trump policy, pro-this, pro-current Republican Party, from any of our intel services. And if we hear anything that's not that? Then we're going to come after you," Miller added.

"We looked at everything, and we're being now told that we somehow did it wrong," she continued. 
On July 18, Gabbard released a report&nbsp;claiming that the Obama administration&nbsp;had fabricated the &#8220;Russia hoax,&#8221; labeling it a &#8220;treasonous conspiracy.&#8221; Despite criticism from former President Obama and others, Gabbard has continued to stand by her claims.
Miller&#8217;s statements contradict Gabbard&#8217;s &#8220;evidence,&#8221; aligning with a&nbsp;bipartisan 2020 Senate Intelligence Committee&nbsp;report that also concluded Russia had attempted to influence the 2016 presidential election in Trump&#8217;s favor.

A recent episode of &#8220;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVJJUc2oiHY">The Ramsey Show</a>&#8221; sparked frustration and sympathy after a caller revealed she was accidentally overpaid $48,000 by her employer—and now, nearly a year later, the company wants the full amount returned.
Rachel from Nashville said she and her husband had taken Dave Ramsey&#8216;s course last fall and were making major progress <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/how-to-pay-off-debt">paying down debt</a>. But in October, her large corporate employer made a huge payroll error, mistakenly paying her $48,000 in gross income she wasn't owed.

The conversation that followed was somewhat confusing for both the hosts and the caller, as they tried to sort through the tangled details. One YouTube viewer summed up the chaotic conversation with a comment that captured the mood: &#8220;This conversation was worse than a tooth extraction.&#8221;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tax Confusion And Delays Made It Worse</h2>
&#8220;I told them before it hit my bank account,&#8221; she explained. &#8220;Unfortunately, it was too far gone at that point.&#8221;
She said the net amount she received was $28,000 after taxes. Only about $3,300 of that was her actual paycheck. And even though she flagged the mistake immediately, it took the company 10 months to send her a repayment letter.

Because the issue crossed into a new tax year, the employer is now asking her to repay the full gross amount, including $23,000 in taxes that were already sent to the IRS.
&#8220;It was taxed in my 2024 tax return,&#8221; she said, adding that the tax hit came out of pocket. To make things more confusing, the employer is offering to deduct 15% of her future paychecks until the debt is repaid.
Ramsey broke it down directly: &#8220;You don't pay more than what you actually owe.&#8221;
He explained that she should only repay what she physically received – about $24,000, after accounting for her real paycheck –&nbsp; and the rest should come back from the IRS once her taxes are corrected.
&#8220;You paid $23,000 more in taxes than you should have,&#8221; Ramsey said. &#8220;You should get all of that back.&#8221;

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The IRS Will Likely Have To Return The Tax Overpayment</h2>
Ramsey told her to have the company file an amended W-2 and to make sure her tax preparer files an amended return, so she can recover the $23,000 she never should have paid.
&#8220;If your CPA doesn&#8217;t know how to do that, get a new CPA,&#8221; he said. &#8220;This is not rocket science.&#8221;
Co-host Ken Coleman criticized the company for taking so long to fix its mistake: &#8220;A big company that has all the resources in the world to fix this, and they didn&#8217;t fix it quickly. Hate that for her, but it is fixable.&#8221;
Ramsey said that in his own business, if they accidentally overpay someone a few thousand dollars, they often just let it go. &#8220;You know what we do? Eat it. Just keep the money. We&#8217;re so stupid. We did this. We&#8217;re going to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/pay-taxes-with-credit-card">pay the stupid tax</a> and we&#8217;re going to fix it. &#8220;

Walmart continues to generate positive cash flow for its heirs. While Walton doesn't earn any additional income, his assets have outlived him. Those assets continue to provide wealth for his children.
You can start a business and then hand it off to your children in the future. That's building wealth. You can also make a six-figure salary, but that salary vanishes the moment you pass away or can no longer fulfill the job's responsibilities due to age or another factor. It's also possible to get laid off from your job, while you have more control over your financial destiny if you start a business.

Cardone also mentioned that your wealth will get taxed and split up after you pass away. If you built your fortune on a rich salary with no assets, your children may not see a lot of it. Estate taxes and local taxes can also come into play, further reducing the inheritance you provide for your children.
That's why starting a business is valuable. The cash flow continues to arrive, and your heirs can improve the business to boost its profits. If you don't start a business, you can also invest in assets like stock and real estate that generate income.
It's better to be reminded of how your money will be taxed and split up when you pass your inheritance on to your heirs. It can give you the extra motivation to invest in passive assets and start a company that your children can inherit.

It's easier to build a brand than ever before. You don't have to invest in supplies, retail locations, or any high-budget items. You can get started by creating a website, offering services that you can scale, producing content, and interacting with people on social media.
Those efforts won't guarantee that you build a successful brand. However, if you are strategic about your core services, how you will identify your target customers, what marketing channels you use, and how you guide people along the customer journey, it's possible to develop a successful brand.

Trump alleges that the Democrats owe a significant amount of money post the Presidential Election, accusing them of paying Beyonce, Oprah, and Sharpton large sums for endorsements. 
&#8220;I'm looking at the large amount of money owed by the Democrats, after the Presidential Election, and the fact that they admit to paying, probably illegally, Eleven Million Dollars to singer Beyoncé for an ENDORSEMENT (she never sang, not one note, and left the stage to a booing and angry audience!), Three Million Dollars for "expenses," to Oprah, Six Hundred Thousand Dollars to very low rated TV "anchor," Al Sharpton (a total lightweight!), and others to be named for doing, absolutely NOTHING! These ridiculous fees were incorrectly stated in the books and records. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO SO,&#8221; Trump wrote in the post. 
He further claimed that these payments were illegal and inaccurately recorded&nbsp;in the books and records.

However, the source of these figures remains unclear. According to campaign finance records,&nbsp;Beyonce's production company, Parkwood Entertainment,&nbsp;received&nbsp;$165,000 for her appearance at&nbsp;an Oct. 26 rally in&nbsp;Houston. 
Harpo Productions, Oprah's production company, was paid $1 million for&nbsp;a live-streamed town hall in&nbsp;Michigan. Sharpton's National Action Network&nbsp;received $500,000 for voter mobilization initiatives.
This&nbsp;is not the first time&nbsp;Trump has made such allegations, but&nbsp;it is the first time&nbsp;he has demanded criminal prosecutions. He had previously raised questions about the legality of such payments in posts made in December and May.

NASA is preparing to shrink its workforce by approximately 20%, with nearly 4,000 civil servants expected to depart through a voluntary resignation program aimed at streamlining operations under the Donald Trump administration's broader <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/space/25/07/46647024/nasa-confirms-major-workforce-reduction-1-in-5-employees-expected-to-leave" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">federal workforce reduction plan</a>.
The space agency announced on Friday that an estimated 3,870 employees will exit, bringing the total number of civil servants down to around 14,000 by the end of the year.

NASA emphasized that the figures could still fluctuate as applications are reviewed and some employees may withdraw or be denied participation. Officials noted that the agency had also accounted for roughly 500 employees leaving through regular attrition during the same period.
The agency first launched a voluntary exit initiative early in the Trump administration.
That initial round, which began with agency-wide emails offering buyouts, led to the departure of 870 staff—about 4.8% of the total workforce at the time.
The latest round began in June, with a deadline to opt in by late July. NASA reported that 16.4% of its current staff accepted the offer.
Former acting administrator Janet Petro stated during a June town hall that the goal was to avoid forced layoffs. "The reason we are doing this is to minimise any involuntary workforce reductions in the future," Petro told employees, according to a leaked recording, South China Morning Post added.
Despite concerns about institutional knowledge loss, NASA leadership affirmed its commitment to exploration goals, including missions to the Moon and Mars.
In its public statement, the agency said, "Safety remains a top priority for our agency as we balance the need to become a more streamlined and more efficient organisation," the report adds
However, the plan has sparked internal backlash.
In a letter titled &#8220;The Voyager Declaration,&#8221; hundreds of past and present NASA employees warned newly appointed interim administrator Sean Duffy—who also heads the Department of Transportation—that widespread resignations could compromise both safety and innovation. 
The letter stated, "Thousands of Nasa civil servant employees have already been terminated, resigned or retired early, taking with them highly specialised, irreplaceable knowledge crucial to carrying out Nasa's mission."

Neuralink later said the filing was a mistake. &#8220;Neuralink has never applied for nor received a benefit from the federal government. The box on the SAM.gov was erroneously checked and has since been updated,&#8221; a company spokesperson told <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2025/07/17/elon-musks-neuralink-says-owned-by-disadvantaged-persons-in-filing.html">CNBC</a> on July 19.
According to Neuralink's profile on SBA.gov, the company currently has no active or former SBA certifications, despite being self-registered as an SDB. The agency notes that such self-attestations are not verified by SBA.
The filing listed Jared Birchall as the contact. Birchall also runs Musk's family office.

Additionally, four out of ten Americans admitted they would drive a stranger to bankruptcy to secure the same amount for themselves.
Interestingly, the survey also revealed that 60% would renounce technology and adopt an off-grid lifestyle, and 41% would abstain from sex for a million-dollar paycheck.

More than half would refuse the money if it was controlled by their parents, and 38% would reconsider if their adversary also stood to gain.

By February 2024, they began experimenting with AI-generated tracks. By December, their earnings had surpassed $5,000 a month, all without singing, mixing or signing with a record label.
These are the steps they implement:

<li>Distribution: Using distribution platforms like DistroKid and TuneCore, they upload the final tracks to platforms like Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.</li>

But making the tracks is only half the battle. The real key? Marketing.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Viral Playbook: Shorts, Reels, And $5 Ads</h2>
To drive streams, the Redditor operates six faceless YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels channels, each targeting niches like K-dramas, anime and K-pop. Their strategy is to curate trending clips from Instagram, TikTok and Reddit; edit them lightly; and then pair the clips with the AI-generated tracks. They scale the posting from 2-4 shorts to 6-8 shorts daily, and boost the clips with Facebook Ads targeting low-cost countries to increase visibility on YouTube.
While some tracks "flop," others take off — sometimes unexpectedly. "One lo-fi song paired with a sad anime scene earned $1,000 in a single month," the Redditor writes. "It was uploaded to a throwaway channel."
Is AI music "cheating" the system?&nbsp;
When asked if AI-made music is &#8220;cheating,&#8221; the Redditor pushed back: &#8220;I write the lyrics with the help of ChatGPT. The music is generated in Suno based on those lyrics. These are original creations. I treat it like a startup. I build a product, distribute it everywhere, and let the system decide what catches on."
But other commentators said it was misleading to imply any real creativity had entered the process: "Insulting to call this ‘writing' music. You&#8217;re not even writing the words yourself!" a commentator responded. Another commentator, a struggling musician, had stronger words for the poster, who responded that "I&#8217;m sorry that you are having it hard. The jungle has no rules."

Several commenters pointed out that the original poster was selling a course on the practice, making them more skeptical of his claims: A redditor asks, "Why sell a course and saturate your niche field if it&#8217;s working so well? Especially if it&#8217;s scaling. This is always the question." The commenter also surmised that the poster's primary income came from the course, and not the AI music generation.&nbsp;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Volume Over Virality</h2>
Despite posting in a subreddit dedicated to passive income, the Redditor emphasizes that this is far from a &#8220;get-rich-quick&#8221; scheme. It's a volume game, and there's a lot of grinding involved: "This process isn't about going viral once. It's about compounding results through volume," they write.
And while their success raises a lot of ethical questions, it also underscores how AI is lowering barriers in creative fields, and that typically persistence — not perfection — is what can turn a side hustle into serious income.

Every day, about 11,000 baby boomers <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/retirement-medicare-401k-what-to-know-peak-65/">hit retirement age</a> in the U.S., and the wave of 401(k) withdrawals is starting to gain momentum. That has many younger investors wondering: who's left holding the bag?
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wealth Transfer Or Wealth Drain?</h2>
On Reddit's <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/stocks/comments/1lz23yi/are_millenials_and_gen_x_going_to_be_the_all_time/">r/stocks</a>, one investor sparked a major debate with this post: &#8220;With ~11k Boomers retiring daily, and the 401k spigot about to go on full blast, can&#8217;t help but think how this transfer of wealth unfolds.&#8221;
They raised a concern about whether there will be enough new investment inflows from younger generations to match the outflows from <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/topics/25/07/46509130/a-potential-investor-reached-out-to-small-business-owners-asking-what-are-the-best-boring-businesses-to-buy-from-retiring-boomers">boomers selling off their assets</a>. &#8220;Ultimately, Millennials and Gen X &#8230; could be the remaining bag holders,&#8221; the poster suggested. At least, as they say, &#8220;those who were lucky enough to invest meaningfully in 401(k)s and taxable accounts.&#8221;

But not everyone agrees with that framing.
&#8220;They&#8217;ve been retiring since 2011,&#8221; one person pointed out. &#8220;The stock market has done just fine so far.&#8221;
Another echoed that sentiment, saying, &#8220;There will always be people retiring. The Baby Boomers started retiring 17 years ago&#8230; Why are you so convinced [the market crash] is going to happen now, when nearly all of the Boomers that were capable of retiring already did?&#8221;

Several commenters emphasized that it's not boomers broadly driving the market, it's wealthy boomers. &#8220;Most 401(k) holders &#8230; are also the richest ones,&#8221; one person explained. &#8220;The ones being forced to liquidate and sell don&#8217;t have 401(k)s of a meaningful size. We&#8217;re fine unless the rich people are screwed.&#8221;

Then there&#8217;s the question of where that money goes once boomers start drawing it down or pass it on. Some believe it simply recirculates. &#8220;All money comes back to the market one way or another,&#8221; one commenter wrote.
And inheritance is another piece of the puzzle. &#8220;Who do you think is going to inherit all that wealth?&#8221; one investor asked. Others noted that wealthy boomers often advise their kids to stay invested: &#8220;One even told his daughter, never sell this stock, just collect the dividends.&#8221;

But not all that wealth will be passed down. Nursing homes and healthcare costs are taking a bigger bite out of retirement savings than many expect.

Another added, &#8220;Boomers are spending that money. You need to find out how to harness it.&#8221;
The housing market is another looming issue. Some fear that when boomers pass away and their high-value homes hit the market, younger generations won't be able to afford them. &#8220;Mark my words, one day there will be a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/25/06/45882885/market-crashing-before-our-eyes-buyers-are-backing-out-of-deals-in-record-numbers-amid-relentlessly">massive crash in the housing market</a>,&#8221; one investor warned.

Still, many commenters argued that structural market shifts, not demographic trends, are the real drivers. &#8220;Markets are not the same anymore,&#8221; one wrote, pointing to algorithmic trading, tech-driven investing, and persistent foreign inflows.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Younger Generations Are Still Investing</h2>

For now, there's no clear consensus on whether millennials and Gen X will get stuck holding the bag. But one Redditor may have put it best: &#8220;This has been a claim made every 10 years or so since 401(k)s have been a thing. I wouldn't worry about it.&#8221;
