What Happened: Patel dismissed conspiracy theories regarding Epstein Island videos during his conversation with Rogan. 
Jeffrey Epstein&#8216;s private island has been the center of numerous allegations, where the late financier was accused of trafficking and assaulting women and underage girls. Bondi, on the other hand, has consistently claimed the existence of such videos.
Addressing Rogan&#8217;s inquiries about potential Epstein footage, Patel <a href="https://open.spotify.com/show/4rOoJ6Egrf8K2IrywzwOMk">said</a>, "We're gonna give you everything we can, and people have to remember, we're not gonna re-victimize women. We're not going to put that shit back out there. It's not happening, because then he wins. Not doing it. You want to hate me for it, fine."&nbsp;

Jonathan Mann, a non-fungible token (NFT) artist, has spun his taxing experience with cryptocurrency into a song. This follows a $3 million loss he suffered due to a market crash.
What Happened:&nbsp;Mann, who is recognized for his &#8220;Song A Day&#8221; project, recently released a track that narrates his financial misfortune. In a post on X, Mann shared that he made a whopping $3 million by selling his entire song catalog as NFTs. However, he lost it all during the collapse of the Terra ecosystem.
According to his post, on Jan. 1, 2022, Mann embarked on his crypto journey, selling 3,700 songs at $800 each. This earned him approximately $3 million in Ether (ETH). However, the value of ETH plummeted, leaving Mann and his wife uncertain about the right time to sell or the amount to sell. Adding&nbsp;to their woes, the US&nbsp;Internal Revenue Service (IRS) came&nbsp;knocking.

Fidelity's latest quarterly retirement <a href="https://www.fidelity.com/about-fidelity/Q1-2025-retirement-analysis">report</a> — based on data from over 50 million retirement accounts — shows that average balances in 401(k), IRA, and 403(b) accounts declined slightly in Q1 2025. For example, the average 401(k) balance dropped to around $122,000, down from about $127,000 at the end of last year. The same trend showed up in IRAs and 403(b)s as well. The cause? Mostly short-term market volatility.
The encouraging news is that people are still saving at solid rates. In fact, the average <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/average-401k-balance-by-age">401(k) savings rate</a> hit a new high of 14.3%, and 403(b) savers held steady at 11.8%. That tells us that, despite the market noise, most people are staying focused on their long-term goals and continuing to contribute to their retirement plans.
This kind of consistency matters. Retirement planning is a long game, and these dips are a normal part of the process. Even with this quarter's decline, account balances remain significantly higher than they were five years ago — a reminder that riding out the market's ups and downs can pay off over time.

What Happened: On Saturday, Musk deleted several posts from his social media account, which boasts a following of 200 million users. These posts, which ignited a public feud with Trump on Thursday, included allegations of Trump&#8217;s involvement in the Epstein files and calls for his impeachment.
One of the now-erased posts read, &#8220;@realDonaldTrump&nbsp;is in the Epstein files.&nbsp;That is the real reason&nbsp;they have not been made&nbsp;public. Have a nice day,&nbsp;DJT!&#8221; A link to this post now leads to a non-existent page.
While Musk has not provided a reason for the deletions, he did mention that he would &#8220;apologize profusely as soon as&nbsp;there is a full dump&nbsp;of the Epstein files.&#8221;
Despite the removal of several posts, a post criticizing Trump&#8217;s tariffs remained visible on Musk&#8217;s timeline on Saturday afternoon. Musk predicted, &#8220;The&nbsp;Trump tariffs will cause a&nbsp;recession in the second half&nbsp;of this year.&#8221;

Ashley has been with her partner for a decade and they share three living children. Despite the length of the relationship and the family they've built, they're not married.&nbsp;
When asked why, Ashley admitted, &#8220;I&#8217;m not sure. That&#8217;s another problem that we&#8217;re having.&#8221; She said the reason they haven&#8217;t tied the knot is mostly on him: &#8220;He pretty much says like, we already are married, just not like in the books type of deal.&#8221;
That same partner now claims he deserves the majority of Ashley&#8217;s settlement money. His reasoning? &#8220;Because he provides daily,&#8221; Ashley explained, adding that he thinks that entitles him to a large portion of the money. But Ashley doesn't agree. She wants to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/long-term-investments-vs-short-term">invest the money long term</a> for her children and for retirement.
&#8220;I also suffered blood damages to my personal body during that time of losing the baby,&#8221; she added, making it clear the pain and trauma were hers to carry.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">&#8216;It&#8217;s Not His Money&#8217;</h2>
Dave Ramsey responded directly and firmly. &#8220;This argument and this confusion is brought on by the fact that you&#8217;re not married,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I don&#8217;t know how to coach you because I would never tell you to be where you are.&#8221;
Ramsey made it known that the money belongs to her. &#8220;I think it&#8217;s yours. I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s got his name on it.&#8221;
Co-host Rachel Cruze agreed, calling the partner's behavior unhealthy. &#8220;That was like another [problem] guilt tripping me into &#8216;give me this because I do this,&#8217; which really isn&#8217;t fair,&#8221; Ashley said. Cruze called it &#8220;a scorekeeping thing and very, very, very unhealthy.&#8221;
Ramsey put it plainly: &#8220;There is not a scenario where we&#8217;re not married and you get any of this.&#8221;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Relationship May Not Be Healthy</h2>
Ashley admitted the relationship isn&#8217;t in a good place. Ramsey pointed out that the situation is revealing deeper problems. &#8220;You really need to look at this. It&#8217;s not working,&#8221; he told her.
Instead of sharing the money now, Ramsey encouraged Ashley to insist on counseling and have serious conversations about the future: &#8220;Sit down with a good marriage counselor and talk about how our relationship can be made better and how we get married. In the process of talking about that, honey, we&#8217;ll discuss when we&#8217;re married what we will do with our half million dollars.&#8221;

Cruze warned Ashley not to let marriage become a strategy for access to the money. &#8220;Make sure, though&#8230; that he doesn&#8217;t turn on some weird manipulative switch suddenly and be like, well, that&#8217;s my ticket into some of this money if I just marry her.&#8221;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Legal Confusion Over Their Deceased Son&#8217;s Estate</h2>
Ashley said a lawyer told her partner he had some right to the money because part of it is being set aside in their deceased son's estate. Ramsey quickly clarified: &#8220;Your son&#8217;s estate has to be managed for the heirs of your son,&#8221; he said. &#8220;Which would be his siblings, not his father.&#8221;
In closing, Ramsey warned Ashley: &#8220;If you give him a big chunk of this money out of this, I predict this is going to go sideways for you,&#8221; to which she agreed.

But instead of feeling relief or success, they&#8217;re overwhelmed by financial anxiety.

Yet every expense feels heavier. &#8220;Now I&#8217;m stressed about every purchase over $50.&#8221;
&#8220;I think I&#8217;m experiencing some twisted version of lifestyle inflation,&#8221; they added. &#8220;When I made $45K I&#8217;d buy a $15 shirt without thinking. Now I make $105K and I spent 20 minutes last night researching if a $40 sweater was &#8216;worth it.'&#8221;
This sentiment hit home for many commenters who said they've experienced the same thing.
&#8220;When I was making less, I mentally felt &#8216;whatever&#8217; since the progress I was going to make on lower income was minimal,&#8221; one person shared.&nbsp;

At $110K, spending $100 on a fancy keyboard I don&#8217;t really need is just opportunity cost,&#8221; a commenter explained.
One philosophical reply suggested this is a predictable psychological trap. &#8220;Kierkegaard coined the term &#8216;angst&#8217; to describe how it feels when you know that your choices have future consequences, but you don't know exactly which choice will result lead to which consequence,&#8221; they wrote. In essence, when one is broke, their options are limited. When they&#8217;re making six figures, there are more forks in the road.

Several commenters pointed out that a six-figure salary today <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/01/43403375/58-of-people-say-100000-a-year-is-the-bare-minimum-to-avoid-the-financial-stress-of-daily-life-heres-how-many-actually-earn-this">doesn&#8217;t go as far</a> as it once did. &#8220;$100K now is more like $60K pre-COVID,&#8221; one person wrote. Another broke down their expenses on a $160,000 salary and still had less than $1,200 a month left after taxes, healthcare, housing, and child support. &#8220;I should be swimming in cash like Scrooge McDuck.&#8221;
And when it comes to groceries?
