Shares of Procter &amp; Gamble Company (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PG#NYSE">PG</a>) are trading sideways Wednesday. However, they are oversold and at an important support level, which suggests they may be on the verge of a rally.

‘Oversold' means that a stock has been aggressively sold and pushed below what would be its normal or average trading range. This is an important dynamic. Some traders will be expecting a reversion or move back into the range.

The red line on the chart is a Bollinger Band. It is two standard deviations below the 20-day moving average. If a stock exceeds this threshold to the downside, it indicates oversold conditions.

The stock is also at a support level. Support is a large group of investors and traders who are looking to buy shares at or close to the same price.
Sometimes, when stocks are at support, they rally off of it. This happens when some of the people who created the support with their buy orders start to outbid each other. They know the sellers will go to whoever is willing to pay the highest price.
They don't want to miss the trade, so they increase the prices they are willing to pay. Other buyers do the same. It results in a bidding war that forces the stock into an uptrend.
The last five times that P&amp;G got below the Bollinger Band and close to support around the $158.00 level, a rally followed. Now the shares are oversold and at this important support level once again.
There is a good chance that the stock is about to make a sixth move higher.

The Sirius XM Holdings Analyst: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/58f614b60bd9910001a77adf/david-joyce">Analyst David Joyce</a> upgraded the rating from Neutral to Buy, while keeping the price target unchanged at $27.
The Sirius XM Holdings Thesis: The company's business model makes subscribers "sticky" and its recurring subscription revenues are 100% US, Joyce said in the upgrade note.

Sirius XM Holdings is likely to generate around 13% growth in free cash flows this year and the next, he added.
"We believe any tariff impacts on car sales would have a de minimis impact on 2025 operations (as it would generally take at least a quarter for a gross addition to turn into revenue post-conversion)," the analyst wrote.
The company faces a soft ad environment, with ad budgets continuing to shift to digital video. However, only around 20% of its revenue has exposed to advertising, Joyce stated.
Given its healthy free cash flow growth, Sirius XM Holdings is likely to continue offering a "telco-like 5% dividend yield," he added.
SIRI Price Action: Shares of Sirius XM Holdings had risen by 3.62% to $20.04 at the time of publication on Wednesday.

Well, China has retaliated, and that's got investors on edge." Between the global headlines and market volatility, she says it's starting to look—and feel—a lot like 2022. "Volatile. Emotional. Uncertain."
But here's where she draws the line: "When sentiment is this fearful, it is not the time to sell."

Her advice is clear: keep your head, and keep your money where it belongs—if you can afford to. "Money you have in the market should have been money you did not need for at least five years," she said. "Let this play out."
That's not a green light to throw everything at the market, either. If you're dollar-cost averaging, she says, go small. "Do it with seriously tiny amounts. This is not the time to be aggressive."
One of her strongest messages was this: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/03/44316684/warren-buffett-said-bad-news-is-an-investors-best-friend-and-if-youre-not-ready-for-stocks-to-drop-50-you-shouldnt-be-investing">don't stop investing just because the market is down</a>. "If you are contributing to a retirement account, do not stop. Stay the course. Keep investing steadily. That <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/25/04/44657155/buffetts-warning-as-stocks-plunge-the-light-can-at-any-time-go-from-green-to-red">consistency is your power</a>."
Orman also flagged a few silver linings: bond yields are collapsing, potentially boosting portfolios. The 10-year Treasury is sitting at 3.8%, helping on the mortgage front. <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/04/44601482/gold-holds-above-3100-mark-price-surge-reflects-growing-economic-uncertainty-here-are-some-etfs-to-capitalize-on-the-golden-rush">Gold has soared</a> past $3,150. And for those looking for stability, she pointed to a high-yield CD as a safer option for idle cash.

She also suggested now may be the right time to slowly begin Roth conversions. And on the commodities side, she noted that WTI crude oil has dropped below $65—a level that could signal a slide toward $45 if the trend holds.
As for stocks? She says stay diversified, avoid bottom-fishing, and lean into dividend-paying companies that have shown strength. "This is when dividend-paying stocks can really help stabilize your portfolio," she said, pointing to names like AT&amp;T and Verizon.
Orman's message wasn't alarmist—it was direct. Stay calm. Stick to the plan. And whatever you do, don't invest money you'll need anytime soon.
"Let's take this one day at a time, together," she wrote. "Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. And always remember—you are stronger than your fear."
