Verastem expects to receive gross proceeds from the offering of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/b45007065/verastem-oncology-announces-75-million-private-placement" rel="noreferrer noopener">approximately $75 million</a>.
