The Facility was funded in July 2024 and matures in July 2029. It originally consisted of two tranches: a $900 million first-out term loan tranche (the "first tranche"), with an interest rate of SOFR plus 6.5% per annum, and a $65 million second-out term loan tranche (the "second tranche"), with an interest rate of SOFR plus 10.5% per annum. In conjunction with this transaction, certain of the Lenders have agreed to increase the first tranche to include the second tranche, creating one single tranche going forward, further simplifying Alvotech's capital structure. The interest rate for this Facility will be SOFR plus 6.0% per annum, and all interest will be payable in cash. Following this transaction, the balance of the Facility is approximately $1,081 million and the Company's cash balance was approximately $152 million, as of June 25, 2025.

OpenAI And Microsoft Reportedly At Odds Over Access To Artificial General Intelligence: 'Talks Are Ongoing And We Are Optimistic'

Japan's chief trade negotiator, Ryosei Akazawa, said that the country cannot accept U.S. President Donald Trump's 25% auto tariffs as trade talks continue with the seventh round set to take place in Washington.

"In any case, we consider the 25% automobile tariff to be unacceptable," Akazawa said. He also said that Japan ships 1.67 million vehicles to the U.S. However, Japanese automobile manufacturers invested over $60 billion in the country and created over 2.3 million local jobs.

He referenced a viral video of someone buying a $25 sub and added, "Imagine you have to work three and a half hours just to pay for a sandwich. That's insane. How do you eat dinner, how do you eat lunch, how do you eat breakfast?"
Sanders, a longtime advocate for wage reform, agreed. &#8220;We are <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/politics/25/06/45877457/josh-hawley-peter-welch-propose-raising-federal-minimum-wage-to-15-by-2026-tied-to-inflation">trying to raise the minimum wage</a> to $17 an hour,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It&#8217;s going to be real difficult to live off of 17 bucks an hour, but at least you could get a sandwich in under two hours of work,&#8221; Rogan quipped.

The pair also discussed how technology has not resulted in better lives for workers. Sanders noted that real wages are actually <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/05/45394734/bernie-sanders-says-american-workers-are-angry-because-wages-havent-kept-up-they-are-lower-today-than-they-were-52-years-ago">lower now than they were 52 years ago</a>, despite massive gains in productivity.
Rogan agreed, saying it's now virtually impossible for one income to support a family. &#8220;That&#8217;s a giant issue,&#8221; he said.
Both also warned about artificial intelligence and automation. &#8220;There are signs advertising from AI companies saying &#8216;Don't hire humans,'&#8221; Sanders said with Rogan adding, &#8220;That&#8217;s demonic.&#8221;

&#8220;We are the wealthiest country in the history of the world,&#8221; Sanders said. &#8220;With all of this artificial intelligence and robotics, we are going to be wealthier. Tech bull Daniel Ives has predicted that Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MSFT#NASDAQ">MSFT</a>) is on the path to becoming a $5 trillion company in the next 18 months after he raised the stock&#8217;s price target to $600 apiece.
What Happened: After bumping his <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/06/46091818/microsoft-stock-poised-for-23-rally-as-ai-monetization-gains-steam-dan-ives-says">price target on MSFT</a>, citing a "massive adoption wave" of artificial intelligence-driven Azure services, on Wednesday, Dan Ives told CNBC that he expects Microsoft to become a $5 trillion company over the next 18 months. 
&#8220;We are trying to understand the trajectory of the AI stack, commercial cloud, which is trending anywhere from 5% to 7% ahead of expectations, and I think the most important thing is, this could be an incremental $25 billion that the street is not factoring into next year&#8217;s number,&#8221; he said.
Adding, &#8220;That&#8217;s why I believe, not just $4 trillion, potentially, we are looking at a $5 trillion market cap in the next 18 months.&#8221;
He also hailed MSFT&#8217;s Chairman and CEO, Satya Nadella, saying that &#8220;if you look at what Nadella is doing, Nadella understands the cloud side better than any of the competitors.&#8221;
&#8220;I think what&#8217;s happened now, as we go into the software phase of AI, is that&#8217;s where Nadella and Redmond are playing chess, and others are playing checkers,&#8221; Ives said.
