Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PBI#NYSE">PBI</a>) ("Pitney Bowes" or the "Company"), a technology-driven company that provides SaaS shipping solutions, mailing innovation, and financial services to clients around the world, today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle (the "Agreement in Principle") with DRF Logistics LLC ("DRF") (f/k/a the Global Ecommerce segment) to resolve ongoing disputes with the official committee of unsecured creditors (the "Committee"). The Committee is tasked with representing the interests of all creditors asserting unsecured claims against DRF and its affiliated debtor.

The Company has identified long-term opportunities for enterprise-wide revenue growth due to SendTech's expansion in the ecommerce shipping category and Presort's ability to increase roll-up acquisitions.
Through focusing on paying off and refinancing high-cost debt, the Company expects to reduce interest payments and free up capital for other value-enhancing initiatives.

Pitney Bowes (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PBI#NYSE">PBI</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $0.21 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.14 by 50 percent. This is a 31.25 percent increase over earnings of $0.16 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $499.463 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $467.802 million by 6.77 percent. This is a 0.71 percent decrease over sales of $503.033 million the same period last year.
