The study demonstrated that muvalaplin significantly reduced elevated Lp(a) levels in adults, meeting its primary endpoint.
At the 12-week primary endpoint, muvalaplin (10 mg, 60 mg, and 240 mg) significantly reduced Lp(a) levels compared to placebo.
The placebo-adjusted reductions were up to 85.8% using an intact Lp(a) assay and up to 70.0% using an apo(a) assay.

<li>Specifically, the reductions were 47.6% (10 mg), 81.7% (60 mg) and 85.8% (240 mg) with the intact Lp(a) assay, and 40.4% (10 mg), 70.0% (60 mg) and 68.9% (240 mg) with the apo(a) assay.</li>

Muvalaplin also met secondary endpoints for all three tested doses (10 mg, 60 mg, and 240 mg).

<li>The three tested doses achieved statistical significance for Lp(a) thresholds, and the 60 mg and 240 mg doses also achieved statistical significance for apoB reductions.</li>

These data also demonstrated:

<li>Using the intact Lp(a) assay, the percentage of participants achieving normal Lp(a) levels of less than 125 nmol/L at week 12 was 64.2% (10 mg), 95.9% (60 mg), and 96.7% (240 mg), compared to 6.0% in the placebo group.</li>
<li>Using the apo(a) assay, 38.9% (10 mg), 81.9% (60 mg), and 77.4% (240 mg) of participants achieved an Lp (a) level of less than 125 nmol/L, compared to 3.6% in the placebo group.</li>
<li>ApoB levels were reduced at all doses, with placebo-adjusted reductions of 8.9% (10 mg), 13.1% (60 mg) and 16.1% (240 mg).</li>
</ul>
Adverse events were similar in both the muvalaplin and placebo groups.

(Lilly Canada) is disappointed and strongly disagrees with Canada's Drug Agency (CDA-AMC)'s Final Recommendation for Ebglyss&#x2122;&nbsp;(lebrikizumab), published on Friday, November 15, 2024. The CDA-AMC recommended&nbsp;that Ebglyss not be reimbursed by public drug plans, excluding Quebec, for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older.1
Lilly Canada stands behind Ebglyss as a first-line biological therapy for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and we remain committed to patients. Access to Ebglyss for new and existing patients with moderate-to-severe AD via LillyPlus&#xAE;&nbsp;will not change as we tenaciously pursue options for private and public reimbursement in Canada. We have shared our concerns with the CDA-AMC leadership and believe that the CDA-AMC are applying differential standards to biologic therapies for the treatment of AD that are not founded upon their own requirements. Eli Lilly on Monday said Muvalaplin met secondary endpoints for <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/11/n42047055/lillys-muvalaplin-lowered-lipoprotein-a-levels-in-adults-with-high-risk-for-cardiovascular-events-">all three tested doses.</a>
Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/COIN#NASDAQ">COIN</a>) is a &#8220;winner,&#8221; Cramer said.
On Monday, Needham analyst John Todaro maintained Coinbase with a Buy and raised the price target from $290 to $375.
Cramer said IES Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IESC#NASDAQ">IESC</a>) is a &#8220;terrific&#8221; infrastructure play.
IES Holdings will release fiscal 2024 fourth quarter and year-end results before the opening bell on Friday, Nov. 22.
&#8220;I do think that Semtech (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SMTC#NASDAQ">SMTC</a>) is just a traditional kind of semiconductor company,&#8221; Cramer said. He added that he prefers Texas Instruments Incorporated (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TXN#NASDAQ">TXN</a>) to that one.
Semtech will release the financial results of its third quarter of fiscal year 2025 after the closing bell on Monday, Nov. 25.
&#8220;It is an incredibly expensive stock versus the rest of the market,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about Cameco Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CCJ#NYSE">CCJ</a>). &#8220;I am a ‘ka-ching ka-ching' when it comes to Cameco.&#8221;
On Nov. 7, Cameco raised its FY24 revenue guidance.
The &#8220;Mad Money&#8221; host said he likes Marvell Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MRVL#NASDAQ">MRVL</a>).
Marvell Technology will release its third-quarter fiscal year 2025 financial results on Tuesday, Dec. 3, followed by a conference call to discuss the results.
Cramer said own Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AAPL#NASDAQ">AAPL</a>) and not trade it. &#8220;I would wait for a dip because the bears are all over it every minute of the day. Keep that in mind, and then pull the trigger,&#8221; he added.
A consumer group called &#8220;Which?&#8221; recently filed a £3 billion ($3.81 billion) legal claim against Apple, accusing the tech giant of breaching UK competition law <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/global/24/11/41964915/apple-faces-legal-action-over-rip-off-icloud-charges-could-pay-out-38b-to-uk-customers">through its iCloud service</a>.
