(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VIAV#NASDAQ">VIAV</a>).
The transaction includes a base cash consideration of $410 million, with an additional contingent payment of $15 million at closing, subject to <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/03/n44069936/viavi-to-acquire-spirent-communications-plcs-high-speed-ethernet-and-network-security-testing-busi" rel="noreferrer noopener">standard adjustments and conditions.</a>
