As part of her appointment, Starbucks will compensate Ms. Smith with a $925,000 annual base salary and a 125% cash incentive target based on her salary, prorated for fiscal year 2025.
According to a regulatory filing, Ms. Smith will forfeit approximately $15 million in cash incentive and equity awards in connection with her departure from her prior employer.
To join Starbucks, Ms. Smith will receive a cash signing bonus of $5 million and will also receive a replacement equity grant with a target value of $6.40 million. Further, Ms. Smith will receive a fiscal year 2025 annual equity award with a target value of $4.50 million.

US Stock Futures Indicate Lower Opening On Monday After Last Week's Steep Fall: Analyst Says It's A 'Buying Opportunity,' But Market May Dip Further If This Happens

With U.S. stock futures trading lower this morning on Monday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

<li>Wall Street expects Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CMTL#NASDAQ">CMTL</a>) to report a quarterly loss at 16 cents per share on revenue of $125.53 million before the opening bell, according to data from <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>. Comtech Telecommunications shares gained 3.9% to $4.29 in after-hours trading.</li>
<li>WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WDFC#NASDAQ">WDFC</a>) posted better-than-expected results for its first quarter and reiterated its FY25 guidance on Friday. WD-40 shares gained 5.5% to $254.00 in the after-hours trading session.</li>
<li>Analysts are expecting KB Home (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KBH#NYSE">KBH</a>) to post quarterly earnings at $2.45 per share on revenue of $1.99 billion. The company will release earnings after the markets close. KB Home shares gained 0.1% to $63.25 in after-hours trading.</li>

WD-40 Company, KB Home And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Monday

Based on holiday results, the Company has updated its fiscal 2024 outlook. The Company now expects revenue growth, including retail sales and credit card revenues, of 1.5 to 2.5 percent versus the 53-week fiscal 2023, which includes an approximately 135 basis point unfavorable impact from the 53rd week, compared with its prior outlook of flat to 1.0 percent growth. Additionally, the Company expects comparable sales growth of 2.5 to 3.5 percent versus 52 weeks in fiscal 2023, compared with its prior outlook of 1.0 to 2.0 percent growth.
