FVCBankcorp Inc is a registered bank holding company. It operates through the sole subsidiary, FVCbank which is a community-oriented, locally-owned, and managed commercial bank. Innovator ETFs on Thursday introduced its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/etfs">newest fund</a>, the Innovator Equity Defined Protection ETF (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ZJUN#BATS">ZJUN</a>), a fund that delivers investors complete downside protection for a period of one year while sharing in the upside of the SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), up to a cap.
ZJUN offers exposure to the return of SPY price, but with a 100% downside buffer built in (prior to fees and expenses). Investors who maintain the fund for the entire outcome period of June 2025 to June 2026 are safe from losing money, regardless of how bad the market declines. The gain does have a limit on it, however, at 7.30% for the current period, net of fees and expenses.

The ETF employs FLEX Options (Flexible Exchange Options) to design its risk-reward profile. Such tailored options enable the fund to provide its special protection and cap features independent of bank guarantees or credit products.
ZJUN is included in Innovator&#8217;s larger 100% Buffer ETF family, which seeks to offer retail and institutional investors a choice to conventional fixed income and cash investments. With interest rates remaining high and bonds experiencing reinvestment risk, ZJUN may be attractive to investors that are seeking to redeploy stuck cash without exposing themselves to full equity market returns.
Other advantages highlighted by <a href="https://www.innovatoretfs.com/etf/default.aspx?ticker=zjun">Innovator </a>are tax efficiency, the ETF format keeps taxable distributions to a minimum—and liquidity on a daily basis, a more liquid alternative to structured notes or annuities.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What&#8217;s The Catch?</h3>
Though ZJUN provides attractive downside protection, holders have to hold the ETF throughout the entire outcome period in order to benefit from its specified results. Purchasing in after the period has started, or redeeming prematurely, may result in outcomes that are far from the specified goals.
Also, though the downside is completely buffered, upside returns are constrained by the cap, which is established at inception and may vary with each outcome period reset. Thus, the fund is most appropriate for conservative investors who are willing to sacrifice some upside potential for a cushion.

To be part of GPZ&#8217;s underlying index, the MarketVector Alternative Asset Managers Index, companies have to be &#8220;ultra-pure play&#8221; with 75% or more of revenues from private market business. The index is composed of publicly traded U.S., Canadian and developed European companies that meet certain market cap and liquidity screens, with a limit on individual company weights of 12%.
Top holdings at inception include industry giants such as Blackstone Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BX#NYSE">BX</a>), Brookfield, KKR &amp; Co. Inc. Five Below Inc's (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FIVE#NASDAQ">FIVE</a>) first-quarter results and full-year guidance reflects "ongoing gains from newness in merchandising, effective marketing, sharper pricing, and improved in-store execution," partly offset <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/tariffs">by tariff-related pressures</a> expected in the back half of the year, according to Telsey Advisory Group.
The Five Below Analyst: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/5e301e08430dee0001c88c8d/joseph-feldman">Analyst Joseph Feldman</a> maintained a Market Perform rating while raising the price target from $90 to $128.
The Five Below Thesis: The company's earnings came in at 86 cents per share, topping consensus of 83 cents per share, with an operating margin of 6.1% beating consensus of 5.8%, Feldman said in the note.

Five Below's total transactions grew by 6.2% and average ticket rose 0.9% in the quarter, reflecting strong store traffic and conversion, he added.
The comp and earnings guidance of 7.0%-9.0% and 50-62 cents per share suggest that the healthy trends have continued in the second quarter, the analyst stated.
"That said, the 2H25 outlook remains soft, primarily due to greater pressure from tariffs, ongoing investments, and deleverage on a lower expected comp," he further wrote.
FIVE Price Action: Shares of Five Below had risen by 4.64% to $126.86 at the time of publication on Tuesday.

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 50 points on Thursday.
Shares of Greif, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GEF#NYSE">GEF</a>) rose sharply during Thursday's session after the company reported <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/GEF/earnings">better-than-expected quarterly adjusted EPS results.</a>
Greif posted adjusted earnings of $1.19 per share, beating market estimates of $1.11 per share.
Greif shares jumped 16.3% to $63.98 on Thursday.

Greif Posts Upbeat Earnings, Joins Planet Labs PBC, IperionX, Owens & Minor And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday

The White House pushed back on criticism of its flagship domestic policy bill on June 2, <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/2025/06/mythbuster-no-people-will-not-literally-die-with-the-one-big-beautiful-bill/">releasing an article</a> on its website titled, &#8220;MYTHBUSTER: No, People Will Not &#8216;Literally Die&#8217; With the One Big Beautiful Bill.&#8221; Officials claim the sweeping legislation strengthens Medicaid and helps low-income Americans by reducing fraud and encouraging work, in the piece.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">White House Says Medicaid Will Be Stronger, Not Weaker</h2>
&#8220;This is one of Democrats' most disgusting lies,&#8221; the article said, claiming that the bill is designed to help pregnant women, children, people with disabilities, and low-income seniors. The administration said the bill will remove at least <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/04/44789245/1-4-million-migrants-with-deportation-orders-could-be-facing-daily-fines-of-998-if-they-dont-leave-the-u-s">1.4 million undocumented immigrants</a> from Medicaid and end taxpayer-funded gender transition procedures for minors. It also aims to eliminate &#8220;waste, fraud and abuse&#8221; from the system.

The White House also defended the bill&#8217;s work requirements for Medicaid recipients. &#8220;4.8 million able-bodied adults on Medicaid are choosing not to work,&#8221; the article claimed. The bill would require those recipients to participate in work, training, education or volunteering programs.
&#8220;Through work, job training, or part-time volunteering, this requirement will strengthen the system to better help those most in need of assistance,&#8221; the article continued. The administration said these types of requirements are not new and were once supported by former President Joe Biden.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Fact-Checkers Say the Cuts Go Far Beyond Waste</h2>
But a <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/02/us/politics/trump-big-beautiful-bill-facts.html">New York Times</a> fact check disputed many of the administration&#8217;s claims. Citing a preliminary Congressional Budget Office <a href="https://d1dth6e84htgma.cloudfront.net/E_and_C_Markup_Subtitle_D_Part_I_5_12_25_4628d60c2a.pdf">estimate</a>, the Times reported that the bill would reduce federal Medicaid spending by at least $600 billion over a decade and cut enrollment by over 10 million people.
&#8220;These are cuts that will take away coverage and access from many millions of low-income Medicaid beneficiaries,&#8221; Medicaid expert and Georgetown University professor Edwin Park told the Times.&nbsp;

The Times reported that only a small portion of the changes qualify as targeting waste or fraud. Most provisions, it said, involve limiting access to care, imposing mandatory co-payments, reducing retroactive payments, and rolling back protections on medical debt. The largest savings, estimated at $280 billion, come from requiring Medicaid recipients to prove they work.
While the White House argues work requirements promote self-sufficiency, critics say they make it harder for eligible people to get coverage. The Times reported that most adult Medicaid recipients already work and that similar pilot programs in the past have not increased employment but have caused coverage losses.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dispute Over The Deficit Impact</h2>
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt also <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/politics/25/06/45764422/white-house-says-trump-is-sticking-to-the-big-beautiful-bill-despite-elon-musks-sharp-criticism-it-doesnt-change-the-presidents-opinion">claimed the bill</a> would save $1.6 trillion and bring about the largest deficit reduction in decades. But the CBO and several independent analyses found the opposite.
The CBO <a href="https://www.cbo.gov/system/files/2025-05/61422-Reconciliation-Distributional-Analysis.pdf">projected</a> the bill would increase the federal deficit by $3.8 trillion. Other estimates range from $1.7 trillion to $3.1 trillion in added debt.

Undocumented immigrants are not eligible for federally funded Medicaid except in emergencies, and states are required to verify immigration status. The bill would penalize those 14 states and Washington, D.C., by reducing their federal Medicaid funding, potentially leaving 7.6 million people uninsured.

Crude Oil Moves Higher; Ciena Posts Downbeat Earnings

MAIA Biotechnology, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MAIA#NASDAQ">MAIA</a>) on Thursday revealed updated data from its THIO-101 pivotal <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/06/b45790333/maia-biotechnology-announces-positive-efficacy-update-for-phase-2-thio-101-clinical-trial-in-non-s" rel="noreferrer noopener">Phase 2 clinical trial</a>.
The trial is evaluating its lead clinical candidate, ateganosine (THIO), sequenced with Regeneron Pharmaceutical Inc&#8217;s (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/REGN#NASDAQ">REGN</a>) immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) cemiplimab (Libtayo) for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who are resistant to immune <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech" rel="noreferrer noopener">therapy and chemotherapy</a>.
As of May 15, third line (3L) data showed median overall survival (OS) of 17.8 months for the 22 NSCLC patients who received at least one dose of ateganosine (the intent-to-treat population) in parts A and B of the trial. The updated analysis demonstrates a 95% confidence interval (CI) lower bound of 12.5 months and a 99% CI lower bound of 10.8 months.

The treatment has been generally well-tolerated to date in this heavily pretreated population.
At the data cutoff, the patient with the longest survival in the trial had completed 32 cycles of therapy and had 24.3 months survival.
Studies of standard-of-care (SOC) chemotherapy treatments for NSCLC in a similar setting have shown OS of 5 to 6 months.
&#8220;This new benchmark of 17.8 months median OS is nearly triple the recognized SOC data for third-line NSCLC found in the medical literature. We believe this is a substantial indicator of the potential ateganosine has to shift the NSCLC treatment landscape,&#8221; said MAIA Chairman and CEO Vlad Vitoc.
MAIA&#8217;s multiple potential regulatory pathways for ateganosine could provide accelerated FDA approval and robust exclusivity in NSCLC, with a potential FDA decision as early as next year.
The company announced a new partial response (PR) was identified in a patient after 20 months of treatment. A partial response is defined as a decrease in tumor size of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/06/b45796236/maia-biotechnology-announces-new-responder-in-non-small-cell-lung-cancer-phase-2-clinical-trial" rel="noreferrer noopener">at least 30%</a>.
&#8220;The patient remained on treatment and we observed stable disease for more than twenty months before the partial response was identified, highlighting the efficacy, safety and low toxicity of the treatment,&#8221; Vitoc added.
Price Action: MAIA stock is up 11.7% at $1.97 at the last check on Thursday.

DocuSign Likely To Report Higher Q1 Revenue; These Most Accurate Analysts Revise Forecasts Ahead Of Earnings Call

A friendship between President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk may be coming to an end, with a heated <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/05/45635854/elon-musk-disappointed-with-trumps-big-beautiful-bill-says-it-undermines-the-work-that-the-doge-team-is-doing">public falling out</a> due to the "big beautiful bill."
What Happened: Musk helped the White House administration in the Department of Government Efficiency and was a close ally of Trump during his first 100+ days in<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/05/45707423/trump-says-he-is-having-elon-musk-over-at-the-white-house-tomorrow-for-a-press-conference-as-billion"> the White House.</a>
The billionaire, who is the world's richest man, publicly endorsed Trump for the 2024 presidential election and donated hundreds of millions to the campaign to get him elected.
The public friendship may now be coming apart, as Musk has vocally opposed the "Big Beautiful Bill," which would increase government spending and debt.
On Thursday, Trump said Musk isn't the first admirer to later turn on him. "It's sorta Trump Derangement Syndrome, they call it," the president said.
Trump said that sometimes people wake up, change their minds, and become hostile toward him.
&#8220;I'm very disappointed because Elon knew the inner workings of this bill better than almost anybody sitting here&#8230; He had no problem with it, all of the sudden he had a problem, and he only developed a problem when he found out that we&#8217;re going to have to cut the EV mandate.&#8221; 
Trump said while Musk hasn't said anything bad about him personally, he thinks that could be next.
"I'm very disappointed in Elon."
Trump added that the EV mandate would provide money to help the sector, which is "having a hard time." The president also said Musk wanted someone "he knew very well" to head NASA, a likely reference to Jared Isaacman, who Trump recently withdrew as the NASA administrator nominee.
Musk took to social media platform X to share his side of the story.
"False, this bill was never shown to me even once and was passed in the dead of night so fast that almost no one in Congress could even read it!" Musk <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1930662301792977094">tweeted</a>.
Another <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1930660788739698878">tweet </a>from Musk encouraged Congress to "ditch the mountain of disgusting pork in the bill."
"Either you get a big and ugly bill or a slim and beautiful bill. Slim and beautiful is the way."
Musk also said "whatever" to the EV incentive cuts and said the cuts could be kept in the bill even though oil and gas subsidies weren't cut.

Why It's Important: The latest comments from Trump and Musk come after Musk shared several old tweets from the president on X that could be shading him over his support for the "Big Beautiful Bill."
Musk <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1930645855285231914">shared </a>an old 2013 tweet of Trump's that read, "I cannot believe the Republicans are extending the debt ceiling – I am a Republican &amp; I am embarrassed."
Musk also <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1930652448726925524">shared </a>an old 2012 tweet from Trump that said, "No member of Congress should be eligible for re-election if our country's budget is not balanced – deficits not allowed."
The new bill, which is in the Senate and could have changes made, is estimated to add $5 trillion to the national debt in the coming years based on estimates from the Congressional Budget Office.
Things may have escalated further on Thursday when Musk responded to a post in which Trump claimed he would have won the key swing state of Pennsylvania without the billionaire's help.
Musk thinks this is the opposite.
"Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate. Such ingratitude," Musk <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1930667528696828120">tweeted</a>.
Trump's comments on Thursday suggest the friendship could be over.
"Elon and I had a great relationship. I don't know if we will anymore," Trump said.
