Fifth District Bancorp inc is a holding company of Fifth District. Fifth District portfolio consists primarily of fixed-rate one- to four-family residential mortgage loans also originate construction loans, home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, land loans, and share loans (loans secured by deposit accounts at Fifth District) and purchase commercial business loans.

The company offer a variety of deposit accounts including checking accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. In addition, it offers electronic banking services including mobile banking, on-line banking, telephone banking, bill pay, and electronic funds transfer via SmartPay.
