There's a lot of interest globally. We are in Dubai and Berlin as well as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Perth, Australia. There is a lot of brand awareness. Stateside, as Gen Z and millennials were growing up, there was a decrease in unit size. So, we are working on building that bridge between those who are nostalgic for Tony Roma's and those who haven't experienced it yet. There are challenges, including the supply chain and ensuring that franchise partners uphold our intellectual property.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">BZ: Is M&amp;A still on the cards?</h3>
It is a possibility. We have parties interested in helping us to expand our global and national footprint. So, it's still in the cards, with either a venture capital or private equity firm. For anyone interested and who wants to see more explosive growth for the company, we are looking for partners capable of heavy capital infusion.

Royall says downstream performance is likely to remain below mid-cycle, with refined product supply and demand growing in tandem.
The analyst upholds an $80/bbl long-term crude price deck and mid-cycle crack spreads for 2026+, while forecasting ~$70/bbl Brent with flat spreads in 2025.
The analyst writes that defensive positioning should dominate in 2026, favoring U.S. companies with stronger free cash flow, balance sheets, and capital returns compared to Canadian peers.
With crude price scenarios ranging +/-$10/bbl around the base case, the downside case of $70/bbl Brent aligns with current strip prices, underscoring downside risks beyond 2026. Consequently, Royall prioritizes defensive names and companies with unique re-rating opportunities for 2025.
Macro Forecasts Update: The analyst updated the macro forecasts and models since the post-earnings review. The fourth-quarter Brent price deck remains at $75/bbl, in line with quarter-to-date levels and the strip, while the 2025 price deck stays at $70/bbl, consistent with J.P. Morgan&#8217;s outlook.
Royall says that higher Western Canadian Select prices and improved downstream cracks have driven a 9% increase in his fourth-quarter EPS estimates.
For 2025, EPS estimates are raised by 8%, also supported by stronger WCS prices. Despite these adjustments, the projections are 3% below Street estimates for fourth quarter and 27% lower for 2025, reflecting the conservative crude price assumptions and refining outlook, adds the analyst.

Chevron Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CVX#NYSE">CVX</a>) and Woodside Energy Group Limited (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WDS#NYSE">WDS</a>) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42566747/woodside-simplifies-portfolio-and-unlocks-long-term-value" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">finalized an asset swap deal</a> on Wednesday.
What Happened: Woodside will transfer its 13% non-operated interest in the Wheatstone Project and its 65% operated interest in the Julimar-Brunello Project in Western Australia.
In return, Woodside will acquire Chevron&#8217;s 16.67% stakes in the North West Shelf Project and the NWS Oil Project, along with a 20% interest in the Angel Carbon Capture and Storage Project.
Additionally, Chevron will make a cash payment to Woodside of up to $400 million. This includes a $300 million payment at completion, and contingency payments of up to $100 million, tied to the handover of the Julimar Phase 3 Project and subsequent production performance.
Additionally, cashflows of around $400 million are forecasted from utilizing depreciable tax bases upon completion.
Chevron will also provide Woodside with a $100 million advance payment upon execution of the transaction, which is refundable by Woodside if the transaction is not complete.
The transaction is expected to close in 2026 since it is contingent upon the completion of the Julimar Phase 3 Project execution and handover.
Why It Matters: The Julimar Phase 3 Project is currently in the execution phase. Woodside will continue to manage it until the asset is transferred to Chevron at the project start-up.
Woodside CEO Meg O&#8217;Neill said, &#8220;This transaction simplifies our portfolio, improving our focus and efficiency by consolidating our position in our operated LNG assets. It is immediately cash flow accretive and includes a cash payment upon both execution and completion.&#8221;
&#8220;This year, the North West Shelf Project and its Karratha Gas Plant celebrated 40 years of operations. The Western Australian Government&#8217;s recent decision to extend the environmental approval for the North West Shelf Project supports its ongoing contribution to reliable energy supply for local and global customers.&#8221;
&#8221;This transaction creates greater opportunity to fill emerging processing capacity and maximise value accretive recovery from the North West Shelf Project.&#8221;
&#8220;Additionally, this improves joint venture planning for decarbonization opportunities at Karratha Gas Plant. Our increased equity in the Angel CCS Project also supports future development of this large-scale, multi-user carbon capture and storage hub in Western Australia.&#8221;
Price Action: Chevron shares rose 0.29% at $144.50, while WDS shares are up 1.53% at $14.60  premarket on Thursday.

Woodside and Chevron have agreed to an asset swap under which Woodside will acquire Chevron's interest in the North West Shelf (NWS) Project, the NWS Oil Project and the Angel Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project, and transfer all of its interest in both the Wheatstone and Julimar-Brunello Projects to Chevron. Chevron will also make a cash payment to Woodside of up to $400 million.

The oil &amp; gas giant completed a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42413312/chevron-upgrades-pasadena-refinery-to-increase-capacity-feedstock-and-product-flexibility" rel="noreferrer noopener">retrofit of its Pasadena, Texas refinery</a>.
The upgrade enhances product flexibility and boosts the processing capacity for lighter crudes by nearly 15%, increasing it to 125,000 barrels per day.
Notably, Chevron acquired the Pasadena Refinery in 2019 to expand its Gulf Coast refining system.
The recent retrofit will enable the processing of more Permian Basin equity crude, increase product supply in the U.S. Gulf Coast, and enhance synergies with its Pascagoula refinery.
The Light Tight Oil Project focuses on improving facility reliability and safety, boosting domestic refined product supply, and introducing jet fuel production and gas oil exports.
Chevron began planning for the LTO Project in 2019, with work beginning in early 2020.
The phased start-up of the asset is expected to continue through first-quarter of 2025, as the project team ensures all plants are operating as planned and products meet specifications.
Last week, Chevron projected 2025 capital expenditure of $14.5 billion-$15.5 billion, focusing on U.S. <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/12/42366105/chevron-eyes-15-5-billion-capex-for-2025-anticipates-upto-1-5-billion-charges-in-q4" rel="noreferrer noopener">upstream and carbon reduction projects</a>.
Additionally, Chevron anticipates non-cash, after-tax charges of $0.4 to $0.6 billion in the fourth quarter related to impairments, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">asset sales, and other obligations</a>.

Cramer recommended to avoid Lumen Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LUMN#NYSE">LUMN</a>). &#8220;It should never have gone up as much as it did, and it's going to come back down. And it's not done going down. It went too high. It's up way too much,&#8221; he added.
On Nov. 29, Citigroup analyst Michael Rollins maintained Lumen Technologies with a Neutral and raised the price target from $6.5 to $8.
When asked about Applied Digital Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/APLD#NASDAQ">APLD</a>), he said, &#8220;It's enterprise software, and those stocks cannot be kept down. I am not going to tell you to buy it or sell it. I am just saying that enterprise software is so hot, people just can't resist.&#8221;
On Oct. 9, Applied Digital reported quarterly losses of 15 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate for losses of 29 cents.
ON Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ON#NASDAQ">ON</a>) has a &#8220;very difficult situation,&#8221; the Mad Money host said. &#8220;I'm going to say it's got to go even lower still, and I can't recommend it — as painful as that is.&#8221;
On Nov. 22, Wells Fargo analyst Joe Quatrochi initiated coverage on ON Semiconductor with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $85.
&#8220;I think at these prices, you do not want to ignore this stock,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LYB#NYSE">LYB</a>).
On Dec. 6, JPMorgan analyst Jeffrey Zekauskas maintained LyondellBasell Industries with an Overweight and lowered the price target from $100 to $90.
Cramer said Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AIT#NYSE">AIT</a>) is the kind of company he does like.
On Dec. 3, Keybanc analyst Ken Newman maintained Applied Industrial with an Overweight and raised the price target from $275 to $325.
