The Trade Desk, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TTD#NASDAQ">TTD</a>) reported worse-than-expected quarterly revenue <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/TTD/earnings">results on Wednesday</a>.
Trade Desk reported quarterly earnings of 59 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 56 cents. Quarterly revenue came in at $741.01 million, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $758.93 million.
"The Trade Desk once again outpaced nearly every segment of digital advertising in 2024, delivering $2.4 billion of revenue – marking accelerated growth of 26% year over year – and a record $12 billion of spend on our platform. At the same time, we achieved significant profitability and cash flow. While we are proud of these accomplishments, we are disappointed that we fell short of our own expectations in the fourth quarter," said Jeff Green, CEO of The Trade Desk.
The Trade Desk expects first-quarter revenue to be more than $575 million, versus the $591.8 million estimate.
Trade Desk shares gained 1.7% to close at $122.23 on Wednesday.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on Trade Desk following earnings announcement.

Inflation is back in the spotlight as broad-based price pressures hit U.S. producers in January 2025, fueling concerns that businesses will either absorb rising costs or pass them to consumers and dampening hopes for <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/interest-rates">Federal Reserve interest rate cuts. </a>
The Producer Price Index surged 3.5% year over year in January, according to Thursday's release from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
This marks an acceleration from December's 3.3% and exceeds the 3.2% forecast tracked by TradingEconomics. January's surge also represents the highest annual reading since February 2023 and the fourth consecutive increase in the headline index, highlighting persistent inflationary pressures.
On a monthly basis, PPI climbed 0.4%, decelerating from December's 0.5% and surpassing the expected 0.3%.
The hotter-than-anticipated PPI follows a similarly stronger-than-expected Consumer Price Index report on Wednesday, which showed consumer inflation climbing 3.3% year over year.
Within major PPI categories, energy recorded the highest monthly increase, up 1.7% in January. 
&#8220;Over half of the broad-based January advance can be traced to a 1.7-percent increase in prices for final demand energy,&#8221; the BLS said.
Yet, even when excluding volatile food and energy costs, the core PPI soared 3.6% annually, slightly easing from December's upwardly revised 3.7% but still above the 3.3% estimate. 
On a monthly basis, core PPI surged 0.3%, slightly easing from an upwardly revised 0.4% reading in December and matching the expected 0.3%.
On Wednesday, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/02/43676811/producer-inflation-preview-why-is-fed-chair-powell-closely-watching-thursdays-wholesale-prices">Fed Chair Jerome Powell said </a>that an overheated PPI, combined with the already strong CPI, could push up the Personal Consumption Expenditures price index, the central bank's preferred inflation measure.

Although the PPI report came in hotter than expected, investors didn&#8217;t immediately pile into the dollar or unload stocks and Treasuries, as typically seen with strong inflation data.
The U.S. Dollar Index, tracked by Invesco DB USD Index Bullish Fund ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UUP#NYSE">UUP</a>), fell slightly minutes after the PPI release.
Treasury yields remained steady, with the 10-year yield holding 9 basis points to 4.63%. Rising yields pressured risk assets, sending stocks lower.
Futures on the S&amp;P 500 index, closely tracked by SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPY#NYSE">SPY</a>), rose 0.2% by 8:38 a.m. ET.
In the crypto market, Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) held steady at $96,100, down 1.9% for the session.

Intel stock is breaking out technically, with its stock price ($22.53) soaring above key moving averages, including the eight-day simple moving average (SMA), 20-day and 50-day SMAs. The RSI at 66.51 suggests buying pressure is strong, and the MACD indicator, a positive 0.19, flashes a ‘bullish' signal.
Yet, despite this bullish technical setup, analysts aren't convinced. The latest calls from JPMorgan, Stifel and Truist Securities peg Intel stock&#8217;s fair value at just $21.67 on average, implying a 4% downside from here.

<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/02/43638878/intel-shares-are-up-today-whats-going-on">Vance's remarks at the AI summit</a> gave Intel a clear geopolitical tailwind. The former venture capitalist pledged to block foreign adversaries from stealing AI tech, seemingly giving Intel — a national security asset — a boost in the eyes of traders. 
But Intel's long-term battle isn't with policy — it's with Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) and Broadcom Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AVGO#NASDAQ">AVGO</a>). Both companies continue to outpace it in the AI arms race.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Can Intel Sustain The Momentum?</h2>
With Intel still struggling to regain market share after a brutal 60% sell-off last year, investors need more than just a political soundbite to stay bullish. The company is burning through cash with its ambitious U.S. chip manufacturing plans, and the interim leadership team has yet to prove it can execute a turnaround.
For now, the technicals favor the bulls, but the broader narrative still favors the skeptics. 
Intel's stock may have caught a Vance-induced gust of wind, but without a clear AI breakthrough, it could be running on borrowed time.

The company posted fourth-quarter sales of $97.71 billion, beating the consensus of $97.19 billion.
Adjusted EPS of $1.19 decreased from $2.12 in the prior year, beating the consensus of $0.93, primarily due to a decline in the Health Care Benefits segment&#8217;s operating results, which reflect continued utilization pressure and the unfavorable impact of the Company&#8217;s Medicare Advantage star ratings for the 2024 payment year.
&#8220;Our integrated model allows us to uniquely deliver a simpler, connected experience that saves time, saves money, and improves health. We have continued to see growth in key areas of our business, including the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness segment, while we address the industry-wide challenges that have impacted our Health Care Benefits segment. CVS Health said it expects fiscal year 2025 adjusted EPS of $5.75-$6.00 versus consensus of $5.96. The company expects GAAP EPS of $4.58 to $4.83, with cash flow from operations guidance of approximately $6.5 billion.
CVS Health shares gained 15% to close at $63.22 on Wednesday.

These Analysts Boost Their Forecasts On CVS Health Following Upbeat Earnings

Deere &amp; Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DE#NYSE">DE</a>) reported a first-quarter 2025 net sales and revenue decline of 30% year-over-year to $8.51 billion, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/n43687553/deere-reports-first-quarter-net-income-of-869-million" rel="noreferrer noopener">beating the consensus of $7.70 billion.</a>
Net sales were $6.809 billion for the quarter, compared with $10.486 billion in 2024. Deere clocked an EPS of $3.19, down from $6.23 in the prior year, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">beating the consensus of $3.14.</a>
Production &amp; Precision Agriculture net sales declined 37% YoY to $3.067 billion, Small Agriculture &amp; Turf net sales fell 28% to $1.748 billion, and Construction &amp; Forestry revenue declined 38% to $1.994 billion due to lower shipment volumes.
Financial services revenues grew 7% year over year to $1.470 billion. Financial services net income increased to $230 million from $207 million a year ago, aided by a lower valuation allowance on Banco John Deere S.A. assets.
Total operating profit fell 63.4% YoY to $793 million, and margin contracted sharply to 9.3%. Segment operating margins: Production &amp; Precision Agriculture 11%, down YoY from 21.6%; Small Agriculture &amp; Turf 7.1%, down YoY from 13.4%; Construction &amp; Forestry 3.3%, down YoY from 17.6%.
As of January 26, Deere held $7.8 billion in cash and equivalents. DE&#8217;s net cash used in operating activities for the quarter totaled $1.132 billion, compared to $908 million a year ago.
&#8220;Deere&#8217;s performance in the first quarter highlights our continued focus on optimizing inventory levels of both new and used equipment amidst the uncertain market conditions our customers are facing,&#8221; stated John C. May, chairman and chief executive officer.
Guidance 2025: Deere reaffirms fiscal 2025 net income to be between <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance">$5.0 billion and $5.5 billion.</a>
Deere expects sales decline across segments: Production &amp; Precision is expected to drop by 15% &#8211; 20%, Small Ag &amp; Turf by ~10%, and Construction &amp; Forestry by 10% &#8211; 15%. Financial Services net income is expected to be ~$750 million.

The Chinese hacker group, Salt Typhoon, has reportedly been exploiting vulnerabilities in routers of Cisco (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CSCO#NASDAQ">CSCO</a>). The group continues to breach telecom networks and universities globally, according to a recent report.
What Happened: Recorded Future, a Cybersecurity firm has disclosed that Salt Typhoon had infiltrated five telecom and internet service providers globally. The group also compromised more than a dozen universities, spanning from Utah to Vietnam, between December and January. Among the affected entities are a U.S. internet service provider, a telecom company, and a U.S.-based subsidiary of a UK telecom firm.
Levi Gundert, head of Recorded Future&#8217;s research team, Insikt Group, said that Salt Typhoon remains highly active. The group has taken advantage of vulnerabilities in Cisco&#8217;s IOS software, which powers the company&#8217;s routers and switches, to gain complete control over targeted networks. Salt Typhoon is also tracked as RedMike by the Insikt Group. The report indicates that RedMike has attempted to access more than 1,000 Cisco network devices in the period from December 2024 to January 2025.
Cisco did not immediately respond to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga&#8217;s</a> request for comment.
Analysts at Recorded Future have reported that Chinese hackers have infiltrated not only U.S. telecom companies but also telecom networks in South Africa, Thailand, and an Italian internet service provider. Additionally, the group has targeted a wide range of universities worldwide, seemingly for espionage purposes.
RedMike may have targeted these universities to gain access to research in telecommunications, engineering, and technology, with a focus on institutions such as UCLA and TU Delft, revealed the report.

Why It Matters: The activities of Salt Typhoon have been under scrutiny for some time. In December, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42713217/nine-telecommunication-companies-hacked-as-part-of-salt-typhoon">nine U.S. telecom firms were hacked as part of Salt Typhoon&#8217;s campaign</a>. The hackers gained access to the private communication of an unknown number of Americans, according to Anne Neuberger, the U.S. deputy national security advisor for cyber and emerging technology.
Shortly after, AT&amp;T Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/T#NYSE">T</a>) and Verizon Communications (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VZ#NYSE">VZ</a>) announced that their<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/media/24/12/42727432/att-and-verizon-contain-cyberattack-linked-to-chinas-salt-typhoon-group"> networks were secure following a cyberespionage </a>attack by Salt Typhoon, marking the first acknowledgment by the companies of the breach.
Despite media coverage, government reports, and sanctions from the U.S. Treasury, Salt Typhoon remains undeterred. Analysts at Recorded Future believe the group&#8217;s hacking campaign and victim list may be larger than what they have discovered so far.
The Trump administration has pledged to retaliate against China for the cyberattacks, advocating for a more aggressive deterrent strategy in cyberspace, though no concrete plan has been implemented yet. Meanwhile, China has consistently denied Beijing&#8217;s involvement in cyberattacks on U.S. systems and resorts to blaming the U.S. for exploiting Chinese networks

Both bills aim to mandate licensing, enhanced risk management protocols, and requirements for stablecoin issuers to maintain reserves that fully back their circulating tokens on a 1:1 basis.
However, the composition of those reserves is where the crunch comes for Tether.
A breakdown of Tether&#8217;s current asset allocation, conducted by JPMorgan&#8217;s team under Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou, suggests that a sizable portion would not meet the stricter definitions of acceptable reserve assets as envisioned in these proposed laws.

Specifically, the analysis estimates that only 66% of Tether's backing assets are compliant based on the STABLE Act and that 83% meet those in the GENIUS Act. 
The company had previously committed to allocating 15% of its quarterly profits toward Bitcoin purchases. 
However, if either of the proposed U.S. bills becomes law, Tether may need to shift its holdings into U.S. Treasuries and other highly liquid assets to ensure compliance.
Tether's Q4 2024 attestation report, published in January, disclosed that its reserve buffer had grown to $7 billion for the first time, with annual profits of $13 billion.

Initially, Mitsubishi will have a 5% stake in the project, which could grow as high as 25%.&nbsp;
