("Viatris"), has secured regulatory approval from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for YUPELRI&#xAE; (revefenacin) inhalation solution, the first once–daily nebulized long–acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) approved for maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in China.

This approval triggers a one-time $7.5 million milestone from Viatris to Theravance Biopharma, which is expected to be received in Q3 2025. Theravance Biopharma is also eligible for further sales-based milestones of up to $37.5 million and tiered royalties of 14% to 20% on net sales in China. Viatris is responsible for all aspects of development and commercialization of YUPELRI in China.
Today's announcement offers further support for Theravance Biopharma's diversified and improving financial position, which includes $131 million in cash as of March 31, 2025, an additional $225 million from the recent sale of TRELEGY royalties to GSK, 35% of U.S. YUPELRI profits, and up to $150 million in near-term potential TRELEGY milestone payments from Royalty Pharma. It also comes as the Company nears completion of enrollment in the open label portion of CYPRESS, its registrational study of ampreloxetine in symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension associated with multiple system atrophy. Ampreloxetine is a wholly-owned asset with the potential to address a significant unmet need in this rare neurological disorder.

What Happened: On Wednesday, The Kobeissi Letter shared the results of the recent Conference Board's Consumer Confidence survey, showing that the gap between the percentage of Americans who say jobs are &#8220;plentiful&#8221; and those who say they are &#8220;hard to get&#8221; has shrunk to just 11.1%.
Seen by many economists as a forward-looking signal for labor market strength or weakness, historically, the narrowing of this spread has almost always been followed by a rise in unemployment. The spread is now at its lowest level since 2017, ignoring the spike seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As such, these figures show that the labor market is deteriorating faster than the headlines numbers might indicate.

C.H. Robinson Expands Item-Level Solutions to Help Companies Navigate Supply Chain Challenges

Golar LNG Limited (the "Company") (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GLNG#NASDAQ">GLNG</a>) announces today the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 (the "Notes"), in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The Company has also granted the initial purchasers of the Notes a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes in connection with the offering. The offering is expected to close on June 30, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions.
The Notes will be senior, unsecured obligations of the Company, bear interest at a rate of 2.75% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on June 15 and December 15 of each year, beginning on December 15, 2025, mature on December 15, 2030, and be convertible into the Company's common shares, cash, or a combination of shares and cash, at the Company's election. The conversion rate for the Notes will initially equal 17.3834 common shares per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes, which is equivalent to an initial conversion price of approximately $57.53 per common share, representing an initial conversion premium of approximately 40% over the volume-weighted average price of the Company's common shares of $41.09 on June 25, 2025 and is subject to adjustment upon the occurrence of certain events.
The Notes will be redeemable, in whole or in part (subject to certain limitations), at our option at any time, and from time to time, on or after December 20, 2028 if the last reported sale price of our common shares has been at least 130% of the conversion price then in effect for at least 20 trading days (whether or not consecutive) during any 30 consecutive trading day period (including the last trading day of such period) ending on, and including, the trading day immediately preceding the date on which we provide notice of redemption at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
If we undergo a fundamental change (as defined in the indenture governing the Notes), holders may require us to purchase the Notes in whole or in part for cash at a fundamental change purchase price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be purchased, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the fundamental change purchase date.
The Company will use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes (including any notes sold pursuant to the initial purchasers' option to purchase addition Notes, if exercised) to repurchase 2.5 million of the Company's common shares in connection with the offering of the Notes and for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, future growth investments including a contemplated fourth FLNG unit, MKII FLNG conversion costs, FLNG Hilli redeployment costs, repaying indebtedness, and funding working capital and capital expenditures.

Future Fund LLC's managing director, Gary Black, thinks that investors should stop focusing on Tesla Inc.'s (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) Robotaxi's autonomous driving when compared to Alphabet Inc.'s (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOGL#NASDAQ">GOOGL</a>) (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOG#NASDAQ">GOOG</a>) Waymo when it comes to valuation.
What Happened: In response to a social media reply on X questioning Robotaxi's autonomy, investor Gary Black said Wednesday that &#8220;investors need to stop focusing on Tesla vs. Waymo efficacy.&#8221;
He then added that Waymo had recently conducted an equity raise at a "$45 billion valuation." The investor then shared how Robotaxi's perceived value, with the assumption that Tesla&#8217;s stock value is "60x P/E (vs 25-30% long-term growth) is $500B."
Black said that investors are valuing Robotaxi because of Elon Musk's EV giant's "far greater scalability and profitability." Musk has shared on multiple occasions that most Tesla vehicles can serve as Robotaxis thanks to FSD or Full Self-Driving.

Tesla's Robotaxi launch in Austin on Sunday has garnered a lot of attention within the auto industry, with experts like Wedbush Securities' Dan Ives praising the launch as a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/06/46049232/dan-ives-hails-very-impressive-robotaxi-ride-in-austin-predicts-55-upside-for-tesla-stock-as-golden-age-begins">golden age for Tesla</a> and Alex Potter, an analyst with investment firm Piper Sandler, said that the launch could <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/06/46108079/tslas-robotaxi-could-disrupt-auto-industry-says-piper-sandler-contrasts-goldmans-cautious-view-tesla-will-likely-win" target="_blank" rel="noopener">disrupt</a><a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/06/46108079/tslas-robotaxi-could-disrupt-auto-industry-says-piper-sandler-contrasts-goldmans-cautious-view-tesla-will-likely-win"> the industry</a>.

Gary Black Weighs In On Tesla Vs Waymo Debate, Says Investors Need To Stop Focusing On Efficacy

Billionaire David Tepper&#8216;s hedge fund Appaloosa Management L.P. made significant changes to its portfolio in the first quarter of 2025 as it reduced its holding in the Jensen Huang-led tech giant Nvidia Corp.
What Happened: The hedge fund made crucial changes in its holdings during the quarter that ended March 31, 2025 according to its 13F filings.
This included offloading 56% of its stake in Nvidia, reducing the value of its holdings to $32.514 million at the end of the first quarter.
Meanwhile, the firm completely exited its competitor Advanced Micro Devices Inc., offloading all of its 1.2 million shares in the company.
It also added two new key positions in the first quarter, which included an addition of 75,000 shares of Jack Dorsey&#8216;s Block Inc. valued at $4.074 million and 130,000 shares of Broadcom Inc. valued at $21.765 million.
When looking at other Magnificent 7 stocks in its portfolio, the fund held no common stocks of Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AAPL#NASDAQ">AAPL</a>).
However, Appaloosa offloaded shares of Microsoft Corp. and Amazon.com Inc. during the said quarter, and added Alphabet Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc. to its portfolio.

House Republicans want to let Americans swipe their Health Savings Account cards at the front desk of their local gym, but the Senate isn't sweating the idea yet.
What Happened: Under the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/economics/macro-economic-events/25/05/45564489/trumps-big-tax-bill-clears-the-house-30-year-yields-jump-to-515-as-bond-market-freaks">House-passed</a> "One Big Beautiful Bill Act," up to $500 a year, $1,000 for couples, spent on memberships or fitness classes such as weight training, swimming, or spin would qualify as a medical expense, making those dollars tax-free.
Currently, HSA holders typically require a doctor's letter stating they have obesity, heart disease, or another qualifying condition before their plan will reimburse a gym fee. The House provision would scrap that paperwork, a change the fitness industry says would drive longer contracts and more personal-training packages, according to a recent <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2025/06/25/hsa-gym-membership-wellness/">report</a> by The Washington Post.
The non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation pegs the 2026-34 revenue hit at $10.5 billion.

Why It Matters: But the Senate Finance Committee has since stripped every HSA expansion — including the gym benefit — from their draft, forcing lobbyists to mount a late-game push before a floor vote expected as early as next week. Any final measure must reconcile the two versions before Republicans' self-imposed July 4 deadline to reach President Donald Trump's desk.
Fitness chains see money on the line. Jennifer Garrett, senior director at 24 Hour Fitness, told The Washington Post that members who use HSAs tend to pay for a year in advance, or &#8220;purchase personal training," boosting revenue for the California-based company.
