In seeking to track the performance of the STOXX Europe Total Market Index (the Index), the Fund employs a sampling strategy, which means that the Fund is not required to purchase all of the securities represented in the Index. Instead, the Fund may purchase a subset of the securities in the Index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the Index. The quantity of holdings in the Fund will be based on a number of factors, including asset size of the Fund. Based on its analysis of these factors, SSGA Funds Management, Inc. (SSGA FM or the Adviser), the investment adviser to the Fund, either may invest the Fund's assets in a subset of securities in the Index or may invest the Fund's assets in substantially all of the securities represented in the Index in approximately the same proportions as the Index, as determined by the Adviser to be in the best interest of the Fund in pursuing its objective. The Fund is classified as diversified under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended; however, the Fund may become non-diversified solely as a result of tracking the Index (e.g., changes in weightings of one or more component securities). When the Fund is non-diversified, it may invest a relatively high percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers.

Anthony Scaramucci, the former White House communications director, predicts a political tumble for Vice President JD Vance, suggesting that President Donald Trump is increasingly discontented with him.
What Happened: Scaramucci, who had a brief stint as Trump&#8217;s communications director, made these predictions in an interview with CNN. He indicated that Vance&#8217;s close emulation of the president could be a &#8220;mistake,&#8221; and that Trump might not appreciate the &#8220;obsequiousness&#8221; of Vance&#8217;s behavior.
"He's not the president, and whether you like the president or dislike the president, he has the following. He has the rizz for his team, MAGA. JD Vance hasn't proven that. I think it's probably annoying to the president that he's over-modeling him. You know, people mistake this about Trump. I don't think he likes the obsequiousness stuff," Scaramucci said. 
These remarks from Scaramucci followed Vance&#8217;s visit to Greenland, a territory that has piqued Trump&#8217;s interest for acquisition from Denmark. During this visit, Vance criticized Denmark&#8217;s management of Greenland&#8217;s security, a comment made at a time when the U.S. alone has proposed taking over the territory, even contemplating military action.

Scaramucci continued to forecast that Trump will make Vance &#8220;irrelevant,&#8221; similar to former Vice President Mike Pence. He also labeled Vance&#8217;s Greenland visit as &#8220;embarrassing,&#8221; in the wake of the administration&#8217;s inability to secure a warm reception from the Greenlanders for the U.S. delegation.

In an <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/investing/comments/1jkj3ja/is_dollar_cost_averaging_into_us_stocks_a_good/">Investing Reddit post</a>, an individual explains that they put $300 into their investment account bi-weekly. Now, the Redditor wants to put an extra $200 into the account bi-weekly and put that money into individual stocks. The Redditor mentioned a few blue-chip stocks and intends to follow that path for the next 20-40 years.
Before committing to it, the Redditor asked the community if dollar cost averaging into individual stocks is a good investment strategy.&nbsp;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Buying ETFs Is a Lot Easier</h2>
The top comment offered a blunt assessment of the situation. "No! Just buy ETFs," the commenter stated. Buying ETFs is a lot simpler since you can follow benchmarks and themes instead of knowing about individual stocks. It takes less time to monitor ETFs since a fund manager does that for you.
While you can outperform the stock market if you buy individual stocks, it is riskier. The average investor is better off with ETFs.

The commenter advocated for dollar cost averaging but didn't say if buying individual stocks was a good approach or a bad one. This comment is probably more geared toward the Redditor deciding to invest an additional $200 bi-weekly. That extra investment can compound over time.
The Redditor will endure some corrections as a stock investor. However, the original poster also mentioned having a 20-40 year time horizon. A lengthy time horizon makes it easier to realize profits from your investments when you are ready to sell them or pass them on to your heirs.

While many commenters cautioned the Redditor to stick with ETFs, one of the commenters said that stock picking is okay if you know the risks. It's easier to recover from bad stock investments when you are younger. Furthermore, the investor is still putting some money into ETFs.
The commenter also mentions that the Redditor only listed reliable blue-chip stocks instead of high-flying growth stocks that can crash if the economy slows down. The Redditor doesn't seem like the type to go all-in on individual stocks, so a few individual picks can help balance out an ETF-focused portfolio.

So what does the man who&#8217;s making new worlds think about the purpose of living&nbsp;in this one? When it comes to life, the answer is pretty&nbsp;clear, but when it comes to death…
"Constraints are helpful,"&nbsp;Zuckerberg said in a 2022 interview on &#8220;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zOHSysMmH0">Lex Fridman Podcast #267</a>.&#8221;
That&#8217;s coming from the guy who founded&nbsp;what&#8217;s now the world&#8217;s largest social media platform&nbsp;at&nbsp;19 and became the world&#8217;s youngest billionaire by the time he was 23.&nbsp;
The Dusk:&nbsp;Zuckerberg is definitely aware of life&#8217;s finite quality and aims to stay safe, but he&#8217;s not freaked out by death. He believes&nbsp;longer lifespans are&nbsp;a good thing, which is why he has pledged 99% of his Meta shares to philanthropic causes, specifically toward the ability to cure, prevent or&nbsp;manage&nbsp;all diseases.&nbsp;
&#8220;But it was an intentional&nbsp;decision to not focus&nbsp;our philanthropy on like explicitly on longevity or living forever,&#8221; Zuckerberg said.&nbsp;
If Zuckerberg could have one question answered at the moment of death, he said he would want to know if&nbsp;his family would be alright.
&#8220;That might depend on the circumstances of my death, but I think that in most circumstances I can think of, that&#8217;s probably the main thing that I would care about.&#8221;
After his response, he noted that although his answer is&nbsp;probably in line with&nbsp;most responses, it&#8217;s not obvious to him.&nbsp;
&#8220;On the one hand, that&#8217;s probably the thing that&#8217;s closest to me and maybe the most common human experience,&#8221; Zuckerberg said. &#8220;But one of the things I just struggle with in terms of running this large enterprise is like: should the thing that I care more about be that responsibility?&#8221;
For the Meta CEO, it&#8217;s shifted over time. Before he had a family, the company was all he cared about, he said. &#8220;At this point, I care deeply about it, but &#8230; that&#8217;s not as obvious of a question.&#8221;

The Dawn:&nbsp;The meaning of life is more clear for Zuckerberg. From an intellectual perspective, he thinks people&nbsp;are meant&nbsp;to connect, which is something that society systematically undervalues, he said.&nbsp;
Taking a religious perspective, Zuckerberg highlighted how the Bible focuses on creation. &#8220;Why does the Bible start there?,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It could have started anywhere in terms of how to live, but basically it starts with talking about how God created people.&#8221;

Wedding Plans: While nothing has been confirmed by Bezos or Sanchez, the Daily Mail is starting to release <a href="https://pagesix.com/2025/03/26/celebrity-news/inside-jeff-bezos-and-lauren-sanchezs-lavish-wedding-plans/">reported </a>details for the Venice wedding set for this summer.
The report comes after Bezos <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/12/42662407/jeff-bezos-says-600-million-wedding-rumor-is-completely-false-elon-musk-michael-saylor-bill-ackman-respond">previously shut down rumors</a> of the wedding costing $600 million.  
There were previous reports that the couple would get married on the $500 million superyacht Koru off the coast of Italy. The superyacht was where Bezos proposed and where they hosted their engagement party.
The Daily Mail reports that the superyacht could be used for the wedding, but is most likely being "involved" in the wedding as a taxi to the venue or other wedding events. With a cost of $500 million and annual costs of $25 million to maintain the superyacht, it might make sense to have the Koru involved in some shape for the wedding. 
While no date has been announced, a report said that two of Venice's premier hotels, the Gritti Palace and Aman Venice, are fully booked from June 26 to June 29. Rooms at those hotels cost an average of $3,200 per night.
"The wedding is poised to be a defining social event of 2025, not only for the couple but for Venice itself," a source said.
The couple have frequently visited Venice during their relationship, making the wedding location a nod to their time together.
Bezos and Sanchez began dating in 2019, but were not seen in public together for some time after their respective divorces were finalized.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Hold or Sell? Investor With $14,000 Tech-Heavy Portfolio Ponders Diversification–Reddit Advises Him</h2>
Diversify into Other Sectors or Broader ETFs
Many Redditors indicated that the investor&#8217;s portfolio is way too concentrated in tech, which increases risk. Instead, they suggested reducing individual stock holdings and adding ETFs to gain exposure to other sectors.
&#8220;I am sure you know this, but VOO/QQQ includes all of the individual companies that you have the majority of your portfolio invested in,&#8221; a comment says.
Advising the poster to diversify his portfolio, one Redditor suggested choosing either VOO or QQQ, but not both.
&#8220;You own good companies! Personally, I would choose one of the two VOO/QQQ not both, but that&#8217;s just me and is not really a big deal&#8230; Other than that, I like everything else; I think I own all of them, except COIN. Look into buying other sectors, you are too heavily concentrated on tech.&#8221;
A commenter advised the poster to add a broad-market ETF to reduce complexity and risk.
&#8220;Too complex for this volume, many duplicates and missing diversification. Just do VOO or an [MSCI (NYSE: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/msci#NYSE">MSCI</a>)] world index and that's it,&#8221; he wrote.

&#8220;Continue with VOO, [Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF (NASDAQ: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/qqqm#NASDAQ">QQQM</a>)] only, and get some solid plays added from now on, diversify a bit. Can stick with ETFs or index, defense, utilities, energy, health care, precious metals, [Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A, BRK.B)], with the trade war, you need stuff that can survive. Look for some balance now with solid legacy names with dividends,&#8221; he wrote.

Sell TSLA, COIN, and MSTR
The poster&#8217;s most controversial holdings were TSLA, COIN, and MSTR, and some commenters argued that he should get rid of them since they&#8217;re too risky for a 10-year hold.
&#8220;Sell the TSLA and take the win; it's overvalued dramatically,&#8221; a comment reads.
&#8220;I'd scrub TSLA and MSTR and put it in VOO or QQQ. Tesla's valuation is and has been insane forever, even after the sell-off. The fundamentals are just awful for its valuation. And that's not even dipping into political stuff. Plus, it's already a decent weight in VOO anyway. And MSTR is straight-up junk,&#8221; a Redditor said.
This user also suggested selling the three stocks, saying, &#8220;I would personally remove MSTR, COIN, and TSLA and buy more of QQQ/VOO.&#8221;
&#8220;Get rid of TSLA before it wrecks your portfolio!&#8221; another comment reads.
One Redditor shared he would never hold MSTR for the long term, and suggested HOOD instead of COIN.
&#8220;No way I would hold MSTR for 10 years. You are playing crypto with COIN; in my opinion, HOOD is the better bet now that they are getting into the higher-margin gambling business. "They say that we had 60% of revenue from Microsoft, and then we signed a contract with OpenAI for just under $12 billion, and now we're less than 50%," he said in an <a href="https://fortune.com/2025/03/28/coreweave-ceo-michael-intrator-ipo-going-public-ai-company/">interview</a> with Fortune on Friday. "All the big players that need this type of infrastructure … those are our customers."
