Shares of Sportsman&#8217;s Warehouse Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPWH#NASDAQ">SPWH</a>) rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company posted stronger-than-expected earnings and sales results for its <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/general/sports/25/04/44595938/sportsmans-warehouse-stock-soars-on-q4-earnings-revenue-beat-eps-beat-taking-share-in-core-categories-and-more">fourth quarter on Tuesday</a>.
Sportsman's Warehouse reported fourth-quarter revenue of $340.4 million, beating analyst estimates of $329.61 million, according to Benzinga Pro. Total revenue was down 8.1% on a year-over-year basis. The outdoor specialty retailer reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of four cents per share, beating estimates for a loss of six cents per share. Adjusted EBITDA was $14.6 million in the quarter.
Sportsman's Warehouse expects full-year 2025 net sales to be in the range of down 1% to up 3.5%. The company anticipates full-year adjusted EBITDA of $33 million to $45 million.

(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SBFM#NASDAQ">SBFM</a>), a pharmaceutical company offering and researching life-saving medicines in a variety of therapeutic areas including oncology and antivirals today announced that its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, Nora Pharma Inc., has acquired the rights to two gastrointestinal drugs and already launched one. The second is planned to be launched in the next 9 months.
The newly launched drug is Prucalopride, a generic version of Resotran&#xAE;. In the United States, Prucalopride is sold under the brand name, Motegrity&#xAE;. Prucalopride is indicated for the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation in adult women for whom laxatives do not provide adequate relief. Prucalopride works by selectively stimulating the 5-HT4 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract. This action promotes cholinergic and non-adrenergic neurotransmission by enteric neurons, leading to increased peristaltic reflex, intestinal secretions, and overall gastrointestinal motility.
Nora Pharma's Prucalopride is available in blisters packs of 28 tablets for the Canadian market in strengths of 1 mg and 2 mg.

Sunshine Biopharma Inc. (NASDAQ:"SBFM") (the "Company"), a pharmaceutical company offering and researching life-saving medicines in a variety of therapeutic areas including oncology and antivirals today announced that it has completed mouse model studies providing proof-of-concept for the Company's K1.1 mRNA product as a novel therapeutic agent for human hepatocellular carcinoma.
Human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide and the most common type of primary liver cancers in adults. In recent years, several systematic treatment options were available to HCC patients either as first-line or second-line treatment. Yet, the five-year survival rate of HCC patients remains at only 18-21%.
When transfected into cultured human HCC cell lines and patient-derived HCC cells, K1.1 mRNA exhibited dose-dependent anti-proliferative activity in vitro. Following encapsulation in specifically engineered lipids, the resulting K1.1 mRNA-Lipid Nanoparticles (K1.1/LNP) were efficiently delivered to livers of mice in a dose-dependent manner in vivo. K1.1/LNP, under repeated systemic dosing, was found to reduce growth of two different types of human HCC tumors orthotopically grafted into the livers of immunodeficient mice. The pharmacodynamics of K1.1/LNP in intrahepatic tumors was well correlated with antitumor efficacy in mice.
