The Fund, under normal circumstances, invests in swap agreements that provide 200% inverse (opposite) daily exposure to NVDA equal to at least 80% of the Funds net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes). The Fund will enter into one or more swap agreements with major global financial institutions whereby the Fund and the global financial institution will agree to exchange the return earned on an investment by the Fund in NVDA that is equal, on a daily basis, to -200% of the value of the Funds net assets. The Adviser attempts to consistently apply leverage to obtain short NVDA exposure for the Fund equal to -200% of the value of its net assets and expects to rebalance the Funds holdings daily to maintain such exposure. As a result of its investment strategies, the Fund will be concentrated in the industry to which NVDA is assigned (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets in investments that provide inverse exposure in the industry to which NVDA is assigned). As of the date of this prospectus, NVDA is assigned to the semiconductors and related devices industry.

Nvidia ETFs Take Center Stage As Bears, Bulls Duke It Out With 8%-14% Swings

An ETF that generated headlines in October 2022 is shutting down. The ETF gave investors a way to bet against investor and<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/23/03/31201595/exclusive-someone-needed-to-make-jim-cramer-etf-unfortunately-weve-got-to-watch-mad-money-"> television personality Jim Cramer.</a>
Here are the details and why the decision to shut the fund was made.
 What Happened: First <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/22/10/29160947/want-to-bet-against-jim-cramer-new-inverse-etf-filed-by-the-man-who-took-on-cathie-wood">announced in October 2022</a>, Tuttle Capital launched two ETFs to track the stock picks of Cramer. One was to the long side betting on his stock picks made on television and X and one was to the short side betting against the picks made by Cramer, commonly known as Inverse Cramer.
The Long Cramer ETF was <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/etfs/specialty-etfs/23/08/33985081/exclusive-long-jim-cramer-etf-shutting-down-jims-stock-picks-have-been-suspect-to-say-the-lea">shut down in </a>September 2023 and the Inverse Cramer now follows the same path. On Thursday, it was announced that the Northern Lights Fund Trust IV Inverse Cramer ETF (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SJIM#BATS">SJIM</a>) will be shutting down and liquidating.
The board of trustees of the fund determined liquidation was in the best interest of shareholders. The last day of trading for the ETF will be Feb. 13. The fund is expected to distribute proceeds to shareholders on Feb. 23.
"We started (the fund) in order to point out the danger of following TV stockpickers, Jim Cramer specifically, and the total lack of accountability," Tuttle Capital CEO Matthew Tuttle said.
Tuttle said he feels like that mission was accomplished, "but retail investors are more focused on volatile products" and interest in the portfolio didn't fully materialize.
"A lot of the success or failure of an ETF is timing and the timing with what has happened with the Magnificent 7 didn't work out," Tuttle told Benzinga, referencing <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/01/36723930/jim-cramer-cut-tesla-from-the-magnificent-7-heres-his-new-name-for-the-basket-of-mega-cap-tech-stock">Cramer&#8217;s recommendations</a> of the high-flying stocks. 
The Magnificent 7 references the stocks of Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Meta Platforms and Tesla.
"Interestingly, with how the Mag 7 have done SJIM should be down like 75%. The fact that it isn't is testament to Jim's stock picking availability."
Tuttle used the analogy of "a broken clock is right twice a day" and the Magnificent 7 stock picks by Cramer being right.

Tuttle also told Benzinga he's open to doing the fund again but it's hard with Cramer recommending the Magnificent 7 stocks.
"With the success of the T-REX product line, and the other initiatives we are involved in, we just didn't have the time to keep running this portfolio," Tuttle said.
Tuttle said the T-REX ETFs have over $200 million in assets under management.

Tuttle&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/etfs/specialty-etfs/23/03/31299793/exclusive-jim-cramer-recommended-svb-financial-in-february-an-example-of-his-reverse-midas-to" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">previously told Benzinga&nbsp;</a>that Cramer recommending SVB Financial Group stock one month before the bank&#8217;s collapse was another reason people should bet against him.

Tuttle made headlines again with the launch of the Inverse Cramer ETF (BATS:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SJIM#BATS">SJIM</a>) in March 2023, which seeks to have an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/23/03/31201595/exclusive-someone-needed-to-make-jim-cramer-etf-unfortunately-weve-got-to-watch-mad-money-">inverse return from Cramer's </a>stock recommendations made on "Mad Money," CNBC programming and his tweets.
Earlier this week, Tuttle filed for six new Bitcoin ETFs. These are <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/education/21/06/21510320/what-the-heck-are-leveraged-etfs">leveraged ETFs</a> and inverse ETFs seeking to offer increased returns to investors based on the performance of the Bitcoin ETFs, which will track the performance of Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>).
"The Funds seek daily inverse leveraged or long leveraged investment results and are intended to be used as short-term trading vehicles," the fund's <a href="https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1396092/000199937124000043/trex15x-485apos_010324.htm">prospectus </a>reads.
The new funds are meant for investors "who understand the potential consequences" of leveraged investment vehicles — not for non-active investors. 
The new proposed Bitcoin ETFs are:

<li>T-Rex 2X Long Spot Bitcoin Daily Target ETF</li>
<li>T-Rex 2X Inverse Spot Bitcoin Daily Target ETF</li>

The leveraged ETFs will offer investors ways to invest in outsized gains or losses for Bitcoin ETFs. While leveraged and inverse ETFs aren't for all investors, Tuttle says they have an important place in the market.
"They are a tool, just like stocks, bonds, etfs, mutual funds, options, etc.," Tuttle told Benzinga. "Just like any tool some people will use them correctly and others won't."
Tuttle said that leveraged ETFs can be used by investors as an "alternative to options."
"Unlike options, they can be traded after hours. They are very conducive to short-term trading strategies."

Why It's Important: Tuttle Capital also launched the Tuttle Capital 2X Inverse Regional Banks ETF (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SKRE#NASDAQ">SKRE</a>), which allows investors a leveraged inverse investment option to bet against the performance of regional banks and seeks to outperform the SPDR S&amp;P Regional Banking ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KRE#NYSE">KRE</a>).

Tuttle <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/etfs/specialty-etfs/23/03/31299793/exclusive-jim-cramer-recommended-svb-financial-in-february-an-example-of-his-reverse-midas-to">previously told Benzinga </a>that Cramer recommending SVB Financial Group stock one month before the bank's collapse was another reason people should bet against him.
"SIVB is just another example of the reverse Midas touch and why there is such a desire to bet against him," Tuttle told Benzinga.
Tuttle Capital launched leveraged and inverse ETFs for Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) and NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) in October 2023. Tuttle tells Benzinga that the T-Rex ETFs have nearly $100 million in assets under management.
