We run about a nine-week flowering cycle. Every week, I have one room being harvested and then reset and replanted."

The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission issued new recommendations Wednesday through a bulletin designed to improve workplace health and safety at marijuana processing facilities and broadly across the legal industry.
The announcement represents the Commission's formal recognition of ground cannabis dust as a hazardous chemical that can irritate the respiratory system and exposed skin and marks a major step towards updating Massachusetts' workplace safety expectations following the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/22/10/29130552/cannabis-employee-dies-from-inhaling-cannabis-dust-osha-report">2022 occupational asthma death of a Holyoke processing facility employee</a>.
"Today's bulletin is intended to bring increased awareness of an identified health risk in the marijuana industry and will support Commission and industry efforts to enhance safety standards across Massachusetts," stated commission acting executive director/chief people officer Debbie Hilton-Creek. "We will continue to partner with licensees to appropriately and effectively communicate this message and depend on them to implement protocols that will protect the overall well-being of our workforce."
Under the new bulletin, the Commission recommends that all licensees engaged in marijuana processing follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines around hazardous chemicals in the workplace. The Commission also reminds licensees of its obligation to have a hazard communication program which includes the evaluation of hazardous chemicals in its facility and develop Safety Data Sheets to inform its employees.
Going forward, the Commission is advising licensees engaged in marijuana processing to protect employees from hazards associated with cannabis dust exposure by using engineering controls like local exhaust ventilation, plus administrative controls like limiting employee exposure during the workday. The Commission recommends that licensees provide personal protective equipment, and appropriately manage medical situations when they arise.
What Happened: On Jan. 4, 2022, Lorna McMurrey (27) complained she could not breathe, presumably due to cannabis kief (cannabis dust) in the air where she was grinding and packaging pre-rolls. She was taken to a local hospital&nbsp;where she died on Jan. 7. According to the <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/72/wr/mm7246a2.htm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">report from</a> the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this was the first<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/23/11/35844553/cannabis-employee-died-from-occupational-asthma-fed-report-confirms-first-such-case-in-us" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> known case of an occupational asthma death</a> in the U.S. cannabis industry. The report confirmed that the occupational asthma was triggered by ground cannabis dust, and revealed that cannabis giant Trulieve (OTCQX:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TCNNF#OTCQX">TCNNF</a>) committed three &#8220;serious&#8221; violations assessed by OSHA for which it paid fines totaling $35,219.
In June, the Commission fined medical marijuana giant Trulieve (OTCQX:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TCNNF#OTCQX">TCNNF</a>) in relation to the death of a company&#8217;s employee in 2022. A company representative signed a tentative settlement with Commission, agreeing to a fine in the amount of $350,000.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Safety And Sanitary Standards</h2>
Today's update follows a state Department of Public Health (DPH) Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) report and Occupational Lung Disease Bulletin that were issued following McMurrey's death.
As the first confirmed case of&nbsp;occupational asthma in a cannabis facility, the CDC report said the incident&nbsp;"illustrates missed opportunities for prevention, including control of workplace exposures, medical surveillance, and treatment according to current asthma guidelines."&nbsp;
The previous DPH report also included recommendations for marijuana cannabis processors, including training all employees about how to work safely around hazardous materials, developing comprehensive health and safety programs, and monitoring employees for health symptoms.
The Commission's latest announcement relative to cannabis dust follows a February bulletin that advised licensees about new safety and sanitary standards for processing the leaves and flowers of female marijuana plants in a way that is:

<li>Well cured and free from seeds and stems;</li>
<li>Free of dirt, sand, debris, and other foreign matter;</li>
<li>Free of contamination by mold, rot, other fungus, pests and bacterial diseases and satisfying the sanitation requirements in 105 CMR 500.000, and if applicable, 105 CMR 590.000: State Sanitary Code Chapter X – Minimum Sanitation Standards for Food Establishments;</li>
<li>Prepared and handled on food-grade stainless steel tables with no contact with Licensees' or Marijuana Establishment Agents' bare hands; and</li>
<li>Packaged in a secure area.</li>
</ul>
Commission's new bulletin clarifies that all licensees engaged in the processing of marijuana have a separate obligation to ensure the safety of workers, and all marijuana establishments and medical marijuana treatment centers in Massachusetts are required to follow Commission regulations that require written workplace safety and health standard operating procedures.

Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) has expressed skepticism over the Senate confirmation of President-elect Trump&#8217;s nominee for attorney general, former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.).

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin Turn Red, Trader Marks 'Ideal Support Level At $81,500'

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is too tough on crypto, 18 Attorneys General allege <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/law">in a new lawsuit</a>. 
What Happened: AGs from 18 Republican-leaning states joined the DeFi Education Fund to file a lawsuit against the SEC for what they consider overly harsh regulation against digital assets.
The plaintiffs are complaining that the SEC, led by Chairman Gary Gensler, is exceeding its authority in an attempt to regulate <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/11/41680397/who-will-replace-gary-gensler-the-top-candidates-for-sec-chair-after-the-election">the entire cryptocurrency sector.</a>
The lawsuit contends that the SEC's expansive approach lacks Congressional authorization, which would be necessary for it to assume such sweeping control.

According to the states, the SEC's "regulation by enforcement" strategy has hindered the growth of a sector.
The complaint states, "The SEC's assertion of sweeping jurisdiction without congressional authorization deprives States of their proper sovereign role and chills the development of innovative regulatory frameworks for the digital asset industry."
The lawsuit also challenges the SEC's enforcement actions, alleging that they lack clear standards and impose undue burdens on industry participants. 
This has resulted in significant financial harm, with some companies moving operations overseas due to regulatory uncertainty, the plaintiffs argue. 
The SEC's regulatory stance &#8220;threatens to displace better-suited state laws that have been carefully designed to ensure consumer protection in the digital asset industry,&#8221; they added.
The timing of the suit coincides with a growing national conversation on digital asset regulation, especially as Benzinga's <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/events/digital-assets/agenda/">Future of Digital Assets</a> conference approaches on Nov. 19, where key industry stakeholders and policymakers will discuss the future of cryptocurrency regulation in the U.S.

18 Republican States Sue Biden's SEC Over Harsh Crypto Crackdown

A new report from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has called attention to the prevalence of extremist and hateful content on Steam, accusing the platform of enabling the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/gaming">spread of such material. </a>
<a href="https://www.adl.org/resources/report/steam-powered-hate-top-gaming-site-rife-extremism-antisemitism">According</a> to the ADL's findings, over 1.8 million instances of hate-related content, including Nazi imagery and support for terrorist organizations like ISIS and Hamas, were discovered during an &#8220;unprecedented&#8221; analysis of Steam&#8217;s vast user base.
Benzinga has reached out to Valve Corporation, the platform&#8217;s parent company, for comment, but the company had not responded at time of publication.

The report, published on the ADL&#8217;s website, offers a sweeping look at the types of content found across the platform.
Over the course of its investigation, the ADL examined 458 million user profiles, 152 million group avatars and more than 610 million comments from users. Among the most concerning discoveries were antisemitic symbols, white supremacist propaganda and support for extremist groups, including thousands of mentions of ISIS and Hamas.
In addition to the hateful imagery, the ADL uncovered troubling use of offensive keywords such as "1488," "shekel" and "white power," with nearly 185,000 specific terms identified in extremist contexts. In total, 1.5 million unique users and over 73,000 groups were found to have shared such content.
Despite these alarming findings, the ADL points out a critical gap in Steam&#8217;s content moderation policies. While Valve explicitly prohibits hate speech in its developer and community guidelines — stating that it forbids &#8220;speech that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination&#8221; — the ADL argues that enforcement of these rules remains inconsistent.
<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Valve's Moderation Tools Under Scrutiny</h1>
The ADL&#8217;s report goes on to question the effectiveness of Valve&#8217;s moderation efforts. While the company employs filters and automated tools to screen user-profiles and comments, these measures are not universally applied across all areas of the platform.
Notably, users can disable filters, making it easier for harmful content to slip through the cracks. Furthermore, the ADL asserts that Valve's keyword detection system can easily be evaded, with users modifying words or using ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) art to circumvent moderation systems.
&#8220;While Steam appears to be technically capable of moderating extremist and hateful content on its platform, the spread of extremist content on the platform is due in part to Valve&#8217;s highly permissive approach to content policy,&#8221; the ADL stated. 
It also pointed out that, in rare instances, Valve has taken down extremist content, but this has often occurred only after external pressure or media attention, rather than as part of a consistent, proactive strategy.
<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Calls For Change In Valve&#8217;s Platform</h1>
The organization has called for a significant overhaul of the company's content governance, urging Valve to implement policies that explicitly prohibit hate and extremism, conduct thorough audits of their moderation practices, and collaborate with researchers and civil society to improve their approach.
&#8220;Major gaming companies are selling their wares on a platform that is not addressing users&#8217; support of extremists and allowing the proliferation of hate,&#8221; Daniel Kelley, the ADL's director of strategy and operations, remarked in an <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-11-14/white-supremacist-nazi-content-spread-on-steam-gaming-platform?srnd=undefined">interview</a> with Bloomberg. 
&#8220;This increases the likelihood that someone will travel all the way down the rabbit hole,&#8221; Kelley added.

1.8 Million Instances Of Hate Content On Steam — Is Valve Ignoring Extremism?: Report

Former DoorDash Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DASH#NASDAQ">DASH</a>) delivery workers are claiming they haven't been paid thousands of dollars in wages from past years and are seeking protection from deportation after Donald Trump's recent win in<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/11/41768178/donald-trump-defeats-kamala-harris-to-win-2024-election"> the 2024 election.</a>
 What Happened: A group of 95 delivery workers claim they were not paid their wages by DoorDash, one of the leading<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/food-delivery"> food delivery companies</a> in the U.S., or by Motoclick, a smaller food delivery company.
Wage theft claims filed claim the workers were not paid more than $78,000 in wages, according to a <a href="https://gothamist.com/news/nyc-delivery-workers-filing-wage-theft-claims-seek-protection-from-deportation-under-trump">report </a>from Gothamist.
"We're not able to pay the rent or send money to our families in our own countries," Juan Iturbide, a former DoorDash delivery worker said.
Iturbide filed his claim against DoorDash with New York City's Department of Consumer and Worker Protection in 2023 according to a <a href="https://documentedny.com/2024/11/13/doordash-immigrant-delivery-workers-stolen-wages/">report </a>from DocumentedNY.
"Delivery work is one of the most dangerous occupations in the city. In addition to risking our lives, we shouldn't have to worry about being robbed by such a wealthy company," Itrubide said, as reported by DocumentedNY. "We deserve to be paid for the service we provide."
The former delivery worker said he is owed around $1,500 by DoorDash in unpaid wages. Iturbide was deactivated by DoorDash in 2021 after five years working as a delivery driver.
Several of the workers, including Iturbide protested outside DoorDash's Manhattan headquarters on Wednesday.
One of the concerns of labor organizers helping the workers is that many claiming lost wages are immigrants without work authorization in the U.S. Bringing the claims forward could put the workers more at risk of deportation under Trump in his second presidential term, according to the report.
"If the federal government is going to fail workers, workers are going to need the protection of city and state agencies to hold these multibillion-dollar companies accountable," Worker's Justice Project executive director Ligia Guallpa said.

Why It's Important: The claims of unpaid wages could reignite the debate of whether food delivery workers are employees or independent contractors and comes with the timing of Trump's election win and deportation promises. The report said that New York City's 60,000 delivery workers are independent contractors.
New minimum wage laws and rules for delivery workers have added to the claims from workers against delivery companies.
The unpaid wages claims have caught the attention of New York City's Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, who sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in September.
The letter said that immigrant workers who have filed claims should be given protection from deportation proceedings and given legal right to work in the U.S.
DoorDash spokesperson Eli Scheinholtz said it takes concerns on wage theft seriously and investigates all claims to make sure the workers "receive what they're owed."
"Here's what we know to be true: Dashers in New York City get paid for the time spent completing work on our platform, in accordance with the city's minimum pay rules. If their pay does not meet the minimum pay rate at the end of the week, then they receive an adjustment — without exception," Scheinholtz said.

Uruguay, the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/23/07/33447320/first-country-to-legalize-weed-celebrates-6-years-of-pot-sales-promised-land-of-cannabis-and-mor">first country in the world</a> to legalize adult-use marijuana in 2013, initially made headlines as a pioneer in <a href="http://benzinga.com/cannabis">cannabis</a> regulation. However, despite early momentum, the industry now faces significant hurdles in export growth, driven by low prices, international trade restrictions and regulatory obstacles. Today, the sector comprises nearly 100 projects and employs around 756 people, with 77% of the workforce based outside the capital.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Challenges Impacting Uruguay's Cannabis</h3>
According to a recent <a href="https://www.ambito.com/uruguay/la-industria-del-cannabis-y-sus-desafios-el-escenario-global-n6081303">article</a> in Ámbito Financiero, half of the companies authorized for cultivation and industrialization in 2023 succeeded in <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/20/08/16910793/uruguay-exports-1000-pounds-of-cannabis-to-switzerland-announces-new-industry-measures">exporting flowers and medical products</a>. Yet, revenues fell sharply, with a 44% decline from the previous year, totaling just $3 million from 25 tons of hemp sub-products. The dip is largely attributed to low international prices, undermining the financial stability of many enterprises.
The industry remains dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which account for 96% of the 90 active projects, while only 4% are considered large-scale companies. Despite these challenges, Uruguay managed to rank as the eighth-largest exporter of <a href="http://benzinga.com/topic/medical-cannabis">medical cannabis</a> in 2022, capturing a 2.1% share of the global market with exports of about 15 tons. Nonetheless, production volumes saw a 14% drop compared to the previous year.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Regulatory Gaps Hinder Export Growth Amid Business Exits</h3>
As a country with 3.4 million inhabitants, exports play a key role in the growth of the industry. However, one of the major barriers to growth is the restrictive international trade environment. Regulations under the United Nations, combined with diverse national laws, have limited market access and constrained the industry's expansion. The Ámbito Financiero article notes that the absence of a comprehensive regulatory framework has further hampered efforts to increase exports, stifling the potential of Uruguay&#8217;s cannabis <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/03/37521749/unpacking-the-58b-cannabis-market-boom-bdsa-forecasts-for-2028">in the global marketplace</a>.

Despite these setbacks, the industry is actively seeking new investors to reinvigorate growth. Uruguay&#8217;s legal cannabis sector still delivers notable benefits, generating approximately $30 million annually—<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/10/41629360/criminal-organizations-lose-30m-annually-as-uruguays-legal-cannabis-expands-but-some-say-the-gov">funds that once fueled criminal organizations</a>. The introduction of new strains like Épsilon, featuring a 15% THC content, has been met with strong consumer demand.

Many cheap stocks under $10 are cheap for a good reason. Cash-burning biotechs, sketchy shell companies and overhyped fads with more sizzle than substance. But amidst the minefield of duds, there are always a few diamonds in the rough with legitimate 10-bagger potential.



I&rsquo;ve sifted through the bargain bin to bring you seven of the most promising cheap stocks under $10 that I think could multiply. That said, the upside prospect also means there is a significant downside potential too. But I have found picks that have low dilution and could realistically deliver multibagger returns if the stars align for them. These stocks could definitely hit a home run if the best-case scenario unfolds for their underlying businesses. If not, prepare to stomach the losses. Let&rsquo;s take a look!



<h2>Aemetis (AMTX)</h2>

The company&rsquo;s stock has been on a wild ride, with shares plummeting over 50% in the past year amid continued losses.



However, I believe Aemetis may be nearing an inflection point. The stock has started to stabilize and trade sideways recently. Analysts expect Aemetis to turn profitable within two years on the back of explosive revenue growth. Further, they <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMTX/earnings/estimates" target="_blank">expect sales to surge 90% </a>this year to $354 million. Looking further out, the company&rsquo;s updated five year plan ambitiously targets revenues <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/aemetis-announces-updated-five-plan-130000260.html" target="_blank">reaching $1.95 billion by 2028</a>. That&rsquo;s a robust 38% compound annual growth rate. This revenue spike could lead to a breakout.



H.C. Wainwright analyst Amit Dayal recently reiterated a &ldquo;Buy&rdquo; rating and a $28 price target, highlighting Aemetis&rsquo; &ldquo;<a href="https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/aemetis-amtx-fuels-expectations-falls-short" target="_blank">notable year-on-year revenue growth</a>.&rdquo; While this price target may prove overly optimistic, it&rsquo;s not hard to envision Aemetis stock multiplying several times over if the company meets expectations.



Of course, execution risk abounds for this speculative renewable energy play. Aemetis will need to rapidly scale its dairy renewable natural gas operations and successfully bring its sustainable aviation fuel plant online. Perhaps the cheap stock is worth the risk.



<h2>Nerdy (NRDY)</h2>

The company recently reported first-quarter 2024 results, with <a href="https://www.investing.com/news/stock-market-news/earnings-call-nerdy-inc-reports-strong-q1-growth-aims-for-10m-us-students-93CH-3428192" target="_blank">revenue of $53.7 million</a> beating expectations and marking a 9% year-over-year increase.



I believe Nerdy is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing trend of AI-enhanced learning. AI can be a game-changer when it comes to understanding complex topics like math. The patience and adaptability of AI-powered tutoring is unmatched. If this type of learning becomes more mainstream, I see huge potential for Nerdy to deliver multibagger returns for investors.



Analysts seem to agree, with a consensus &ldquo;<a href="https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/nrdy/forecast" target="_blank">Moderate Buy</a>&rdquo; rating and an average 12-month price target of $4.46, implying 155% upside from the current stock price. While the financials aren&rsquo;t perfect, with the company still reporting losses, the top-line growth remains solid, and the losses appear manageable. Plus, Nerdy reaffirmed its full-year 2024 revenue guidance of $232-246 million and expects to generate positive operating cash flow.



<h2>Blacksky Technology (BKSY)</h2>

Though it missed analyst estimates, the company saw <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/q1-2024-blacksky-technology-inc-023814821.html" target="_blank">32% year-over-year revenue growth</a> to $24.2 million in Q1 2024.



Despite the revenue surge, BlackSky is still unprofitable, posting a net loss of $15.8 million in Q1. Year-to-date, BKSY has fallen 20% as the increasingly competitive space sector proves challenging for many companies to turn profits due to high operating costs. It is now up by 9.6% in the past month, though.



I see reasons for optimism. BlackSky has been winning significant contracts, including a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.fool.com/investing/2023/06/12/why-blacksky-stock-rocketed-higher-today/">$30 million contract</a> in Q1 from new deals and renewals. If this momentum continues, I believe the stock could be poised for a breakout. Notably, some analysts project BlackSky reaching profitability by 2026.



The current consensus among analysts is a <a href="https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/bksy/forecast" target="_blank">&ldquo;Strong Buy&rdquo; rating</a>, with an average price target of $3.17, representing a sizable upside from current cheap levels of around $1.10. While I&rsquo;m encouraged by the bullish sentiment, I also recognize the execution risks in the cutthroat space industry. If BlackSky can defy the odds and emerge as a profitable, growing space player, there could be meaningful gains ahead for investors willing to stomach the volatility of cheap stocks under $10. But that&rsquo;s a big &ldquo;if&rdquo; at this stage.



<h2>Serko (SERKF)</h2>

The company recently <a href="https://www.serko.com/blog/serko-reports-fy23-total-income-up-154" target="_blank">reported its full-year 2023 earnings</a>, with &ldquo;total income&rdquo; up 154% to 48 million NZD, beating previous guidance. I&rsquo;m bullish here because it targets corporate travel, a niche that could become very big.



Analysts forecast Serko&rsquo;s revenue to grow at <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SERKF/earnings/estimates" target="_blank">around 19% per year</a> over the next three years, outpacing the growth projected for the overall software industry in Oceania.



If management executes well, Serko could become a major player in the years ahead. However, the company&rsquo;s lack of profitability and limited operating history make it a high-risk investment. As with any young company, multibagger returns are possible but far from guaranteed. The same applies to this cheap stock.



<h2>Mynaric (MYNA)</h2>

The Germany-based company has been making notable strides lately, securing major contracts and achieving key product milestones.



I&rsquo;m particularly bullish on Mynaric&rsquo;s laser communication products for wireless data transfer between aircraft, UAVs, high-altitude platforms and satellites. With the growing importance of these technologies in defense and aerospace, Mynaric looks well-positioned to land contracts in the coming years.



Mynaric also posted <a href="https://in.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/MYNARIC-AG-38495674/news/Mynaric-AG-Reports-Earnings-Results-for-the-Full-Year-Ended-December-31-2023-46764024/" target="_blank">21.89% revenue growth in 2023 to &euro;5.39 million</a>, though losses widened 26.8% to &euro;93.53 million. Analysts <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MYNA/earnings/estimates" target="_blank">forecast</a> a whopping 941% revenue surge to $61 million this year and nearly $394 million by 2027. However, profitability is not on the table in the near term.



Again, this is a very high-risk stock due to the losses here. It needs to continuously land contracts to keep up the momentum. Also, more dilution may be needed until it presumably breaks even in 2027 if cash runs out. The underlying tech is good, but you should reconsider a buy if you don&rsquo;t like the risk.



<h2>SSC Security Services (SECUF)</h2>

The company has been on an impressive growth trajectory lately, with record revenue and adjusted EBITDA in their latest quarterly results.



In Q2 2024, SSC <a target="_blank" href="https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!SECU-3554531/C/SECU">posted revenue of $30.4 million</a>, a strong 20.6% increase over the same quarter last year. Adjusted EBITDA also grew 33% to $1.1 million. Personally, I see a lot of potential in SSC Security Services. The need for top-notch physical and cybersecurity is only going to keep increasing in our technology-driven world. With high-profile clients across corporate and government sectors, SSC is well-positioned to capitalize on this demand.



Of course, as with any small and relatively young company, there are risks to consider. Profitability is still inconsistent, competition is fierce and the stock remains thinly traded. However, if SSC can maintain its current growth trajectory and achieve sustained profits, I believe this one of the cheap stocks under $10 that could deliver strong returns in the coming years.



<h2>EzFill Holdings (EZFL)</h2>

The company recently announced preliminary unaudited <a href="https://www.stocktitan.net/news/EZFL/ez-fill-announces-preliminary-unaudited-revenues-of-approximately-2-nl32zk4mzr76.html" target="_blank">revenues of approximately $2.6 million</a> for April 2024, a 32% year-over-year increase.



In many circumstances, bringing the gas station directly to consumers and businesses could prove convenient and efficient. Most logistics companies are doing all they can to maximize efficiency, and if constant trips to the pump eat into their bottom line, EzFill&rsquo;s service may be an attractive option.



However, I&rsquo;m hesitant to jump on the EzFill bandwagon just yet. The company&rsquo;s decision to implement a <a href="https://uk.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/EZFILL-HOLDINGS-INC-127040898/news/EzFill-Holdings-to-Implement-1-for-2-5-Reverse-Stock-Split-47446337/" target="_blank">1-for-2.5 reverse stock split</a> in July 2024 to maintain Nasdaq listing compliance gives me pause. The stock has bounced between $3-6 for most of 2024, and analysts seem to be taking a cautious stance.



It&rsquo;s low on my watchlist of cheap stocks under $10 due to the reverse split and dilution, but this is a business model I won&rsquo;t be surprised to see take off.
