For Cardone, building wealth isn't complicated – it takes work and he believes the hustle is essential. &#8220;You need to create multiple income streams,&#8221; he often says. That comment sparked a lot of conversations. But for Cardone, it's not enough. "How do you make sense of $35,000 a month? You cannot live on $400 grand a year," he said, challenging how most people think about income.
His point is simple: a million dollars doesn't stretch as far as people think. "One million dollars is no money," he claimed in another video, breaking it into annual income spread over 30 years. &#8220;That's only $33,000 a year," he explained and to Cardone, that's not nearly enough to live comfortably.

Cardone's philosophy revolves around striving for financial independence. He's not impressed by millionaires, saying bluntly, &#8220;If you're a millionaire, you're broke, dude.&#8221; For him, aiming higher than a million is the real goal. He likens taking advice from someone who hasn't hit the top to "asking someone <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/real-estate/24/05/38919479/grant-cardone-says-1-million-is-no-money-and-millionaires-are-only-halfway-up-the-tree-urges-never-t">halfway up the tree</a> about the view.&#8221;
For Cardone, real wealth means having enough passive income to cover your lifestyle and still have room to grow. His company, Cardone Capital, distributed $60 million in passive income last year and he's constantly urging others to follow the real estate path to wealth. &#8220;Real estate is the best investment option,&#8221; he says, especially for those looking to secure their future.
Ultimately, Cardone's message is clear: whether you build a business or get lucky, find your path to wealth. And if you can be born into it? &#8220;I highly recommend it.&#8221;

Cardone Lists Five Ways To Wealth And Says If You Can Be Born Into It, 'I Highly Recommend It'

Hello Traders, and welcome to another piece of free analysis at ForexAnalytix.com. The market has been in recovery mode since mid-September, which is quite intereting, as the Fed decided to cut rates by 50 basis points back then. It turned out to be a "buy the rumor, sell the news" situation because most of the dollar's weakness and lower US yields had been based on speculation about the Fed's rate cut. Now that this has happened, we are seeing the opposite reaction.
Looking at US yields, we see a broken trendline connected from the June highs, indicating that we are now in a wave four, which suggests we are in a consolidation phase. And there's still room for yields to reach 3.9% or 4%. It's also important to keep an eye on the Dollar Index and potential higher recovery due to its strong correlation with US yields.
If you closely examine the 4-hour time frame and the Elliott wave pattern on the Dollar Index DXY, you'll notice a bottom formation caused by an ending diagonal in the 5th wave. However, it's crucial to understand that we've only seen one leg up from the lows, meaning this is just the first part of a higher-degree three-wave rally. This rally could extend up to the 38.2% or even 50% retracement level of the decline from June, indicating more dollar strength ahead.
This could also create opportunities on the short side of other major currencies, particularly the pound, which has been under significant pressure today due to Bank of England dovish policy remarks.
The key question that remains is whether stocks will be able to withstand the current dollar strength or if we will see some form of risk-off response.

Elliott Waves: Dollar Can Recover As 10 Year US Yields Eyeing 3.9-4%

Medical cannabis company with operations in Israel and Germany, IM Cannabis Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IMCC#NASDAQ">IMCC</a>) (CSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IMCC#CSE">IMCC</a>), intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement offering of up to $1,613,000 through the sale of roughly 625,000 units.
What Happened: Each unit will be comprised of one share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share at a price equal to a 50% premium to the offering price before the second anniversary of the closing date.
The company plans to close the offering in one or more tranches. It will be led by the company&#8217;s management team, including Oren Shuster, CEO and chairman of the board of directors and Shmulik Arbel, a director of the company.

The company <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/10/41156879/how-cannabis-legalization-in-germany-boosted-this-companys-revenue-will-spains-medical-marijuana">reported on Wednesday</a> the preliminary sales results in Germany by its subsidiary operating in the country, Adjupharm GmbH, for the third quarter of 2024. The results have significantly exceeded expectations, the medical cannabis company with operations in Israel and Germany said, reporting a 50% increase in revenue compared to the previous quarter.

When word got around that Spirit Airlines, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SAVE#NYSE">SAVE</a>) was <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/41182466">considering a bankruptcy</a> filing, critics quickly took to social media to blame the Biden administration. 
Why? Recall how, in January, U.S. <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/01/36648448/jetblue-spirit-airlines-merger-blocked-spirit-shares-tumble">antitrust regulators successfully blocked</a> JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JBLU#NASDAQ">JBLU</a>) from buying Spirit for $3.8 billion. Indeed, over the past four years, regulators <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/24/09/40693260/kroger-albertsons-merger-in-ftc-crosshairs-customers-competitors-at-risk">often hold up</a> M&amp;A activity they consider anti-competitive, such as <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/large-cap/22/10/29266605/kroger-albertsons-finally-seal-the-rumored-merger-deal-see-highlights">the $25 billion merger</a> between Kroger Co. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KR#NYSE">KR</a>) and Alberstons Companies, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ACI#NYSE">ACI</a>).
The JetBlue/Spirit scenario was no different. Fast-forward to this week: The <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/spirit-airlines-in-talks-with-bondholders-over-terms-of-potential-bankruptcy-filing-fdd23fae">Wall Street Journal</a> reported Spirit is in talks with bondholders and creditors to see if a Chapter 11 bankruptcy is the best option for the troubled carrier.

The JetBlue deal would have saved jobs and the airline, observers argued. It&#8217;s worth noting Spirit&#8217;s problems stem from having to ground several Airbus planes due to turbofan engine problems.
Bank of America Securities analysts noted in January that Spirit&#8217;s ongoing engine repairs hurt &#8220;the traditional ultra-low cost business model.&#8221;
Dania Beach, Florida-based Spirit also attributed its financial struggles to an &#8220;intense competitive battle&#8221; for price-sensitive leisure travelers, as well as an oversupply of airline seats in the domestic market.

Precedent shows that a deal with JetBlue wouldn&#8217;t have been a safety net for Spirit as most major airline mergers lead to job losses, regardless of whether the target is a distressed asset.

The scale and impact can vary depending on several factors such as the size of the merger. Here are a few examples of job losses from major mergers:

<li>American Airlines (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AAL#NASDAQ">AAL</a>) and US Airways: After the 2013 merger, there were several thousand job losses. Estimates ranged from 1,500 to 3,000 positions cut. </li>
<li>United Airlines (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UAL#NASDAQ">UAL</a>) and Continental Airlines: The 2010 merger resulted in the elimination of roughly 1,500 to 2,000 job losses. These cuts were primarily due to redundant corporate and administrative positions. </li>
<li>Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DAL#NYSE">DAL</a>) and Northwest Airlines: While the 2008 merger helped the combined airline grow, but also led to an estimated 2,000 to 3,000 job losses.</li>

Airline mergers often lead to route and capacity optimization, reducing staffing needs in less profitable areas. Cost synergies, like lowering fuel and labor costs, can prompt additional cuts as well. Fleet consolidation may phase out older aircraft, affecting technical staff.
Union agreements and labor contracts might also lead to layoffs as the merged airline harmonizes pay and benefits across the workforce.
While not all mergers result in severe job losses, neither do bankruptcies. Jobs can sometimes be saved when a company files for Chapter 11, since the process allows a company to reorganize its debts and operations while continuing to operate, giving it a chance to become financially viable. 
During this process, the company may restructure contracts, renegotiate with creditors and streamline operations, which can help preserve jobs that would otherwise be lost in a complete liquidation. While layoffs may occur, Chapter 11 provides more opportunities for the business to recover and protect a portion of its workforce.
Spirit&#8217;s debt load hovers around $3.3 billion, per the Wall Street Journal.
Recent airline bankruptcies include Virgin America and Monarch Airlines, both in 2017; WOW Air in 2019; and LATAM Airlines Group SA (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LTM#NYSE">LTM</a>) in 2020. LATAM emerged from bankruptcy in 2022 stronger and is now larger and leaner, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/24/10/41123208/latam-airlines-earnings-will-remain-higher-for-longer-says-bullish-analyst">according to Morgan Stanley analysts</a>.
What&#8217;s Next: It remains to be seen whether Spirit will follow through with bankruptcy. At last check Friday, Spirit stock is trading 26.28% lower at $1.66, according to data from <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pro/">Benzinga Pro</a>.
