As part of the acquisition, Jürgen Dagutat, Managing Director of Aurenz, will continue to lead the company, ensuring continuity and strengthening existing partnerships.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to MIND&#8217;s earnings per share in fiscal 2025 and beyond, with the results of Aurenz to be consolidated starting in the first quarter of 2025.
