Median progression-free survival (PFS) was 13.2 months with ENHERTU compared to 8.1 months with chemotherapy.
Results were consistent in patients with HER2 low expression and HER2 ultralow expression. In the primary endpoint analysis of patients with HR positive, HER2 low metastatic breast cancer, median PFS was 13.2 months in the ENHERTU arm compared to 8.1 months in the chemotherapy arm (HR 0.62; 95% CI: 0.51-0.74; p&lt;0.0001), as assessed by BICR. In a prespecified exploratory analysis of patients with HER2 ultralow expression, ENHERTU showed a median PFS of 13.2 months versus 8.3 months, respectively (HR 0.78; 95% CI: 0.50-1.21).
The safety profile of ENHERTU in DESTINY-Breast06 was consistent with previous breast cancer clinical trials with no new safety concerns identified. The most common grade 3 or higher treatment related treatment emergent adverse events (TEAEs) occurring in 5% or more of patients treated with ENHERTU were neutropenia (20.7%), leukopenia (6.9%) and anemia (5.8%). Interstitial lung disease (ILD) or pneumonitis occurred in 11.3% of patients treated with ENHERTU. The majority of ILD or pneumonitis events were low grade (grade 1 [n=7; 1.6%] or grade 2 [n=36; 8.3%]). There were three grade 3 ILD events (0.7%), zero grade 4 events and three grade 5 events (0.7%) as determined by an independent adjudication committee.

Nobel laureate Paul Krugman has taken a potshot at former President Donald Trump&#8216;s campaign for focusing on what he <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/09/40743901/elon-musk-and-trumps-federal-efficiency-plans-slammed-by-paul-krugman-economist-warns-about-risk">describes as &#8220;imaginary&#8221; problems</a>.
What Happened: In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Krugman accused the Trump campaign of denouncing a non-existent bad economy, runaway crime, and alleged failures by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris&#8216; administration.
According to Krugman, &#8220;We've all become desensitized, but it's amazing how at this point the Trump campaign rests entirely on denouncing things that aren't happening — a imaginary bad economy, imaginary runaway crime and now an imaginary failure of Biden and Harris to respond to natural disaster<a href="https://x.com/paulkrugman/status/1840868481807298587"></a>.&#8221; 
He elaborated on his views in an opinion <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/30/opinion/trump-inflation.html">piece</a> for The New York Times published the same day.
In his opinion piece titled &#8220;Why Trumponomics Could Lead to Trumpflation,&#8221; Krugman warned that Trump&#8217;s economic policies could lead to significant inflation. He argued that Trump&#8217;s proposed high tariffs, mass deportations, and undermining of the Federal Reserve&#8217;s independence would disrupt the economy.
Krugman also highlighted that the Federal Reserve&#8217;s preferred measure of consumer prices rose only 2.2% over the past year, close to its 2% target, without causing a recession. 
He credited the Biden administration for not pressuring the Fed to keep rates low, which helped manage inflation expectations.
Krugman concluded that Trump&#8217;s policies could lead to long-term stagflation, contrasting the current administration&#8217;s handling of economic issues.

Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman Slams Trump, Says Campaign 'Rests Entirely On Denouncing' Imaginary Things: Praises Biden-Harris Administration's Handling Of Inflation

Chrysler parent Stellantis NV (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/STLA#NYSE">STLA</a>) is recalling 154,032&nbsp;Jeep plug-in hybrid SUVs in the U.S. owing to fire risks, the company said in a statement on Monday. 
What Happened: The company is recalling nearly 154,000 vehicles in the U.S., 14,038 in Canada, 673 in Mexico, and about 25,502 outside North America, the company said, taking the total recall population around the globe to 194,245 units.
The company decided to recall the vehicles after a routine review of customer data unveiled 13 fire instances when the vehicles were parked and turned off. The recall population includes model year 2020-2024 of the Jeep Wrangler 4xe and 2022-2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe SUVs.
Instructions For Drivers: To reduce the risk of vehicle fire, the company advised owners not to recharge the vehicles but to park them away from structures or other vehicles until the remedy is deployed. The fix is &#8216;imminent,&#8217; the company added. 
Stellantis did not immediately respond to <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga&#8217;s</a> request for comment on the cause of the fires.
Why It Matters: Stellantis also <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/09/41089577/whats-going-on-with-stellantis-stock-monday">lowered its financial guidance</a> for 2024 on Monday as it seeks to bring down inventory levels in the U.S. The company now expects an adjusted operating income margin of between 5.5 and 7% for FY 2024, down from its previous outlook of double-digit margins.
The company now also expects industrial free cash flow in the range of negative five billion euros and negative 10 billion euros versus the prior positive cash flow expectations.
The company is targeting dealer inventory of no more than 330,000 units by year-end 2024 in the U.S.
Price Action: Stellantis shares closed down 12.5% at $14.05 on Monday. The stock is down 39% year-to-date, according to data from <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>.
