The IHS Markit flash manufacturing PMI fell to 50.1 in June, compared to a reading of 50.5 in May. The flash services PMI declined to 50.7 in June from 50.9.
U.S. existing home sales rose 2.5% at an annual rate of 5.34 million for May. However, economists were expecting a 5.29 million rate.

Top Headline
In a move that was widely expected, the Federal Reserve opted not to cut interest rates on Wednesday. The decision comes just six weeks after the Fed said the U.S. economy is solid and the labor market remains strong.
The Fed reiterated its previous position that the U.S. labor market is strong and jobs growth is solid, but it does anticipate a rate cut coming in 2020. A minority (seven out of 17 Fed officials) do see interest rates falling 0.5% by the end of 2019. Eight of the nine members voted against a June rate cut, with St. Louis Fed chair James Bullard representing the lone dissenting vote.

Chapter 11&nbsp;generally provides for reorganization and&nbsp;usually involves a corporation or partnership. A Chapter 11 debtor usually proposes a plan of reorganization to keep its business alive and pay creditors over time.
Legacy Reserves has received $350 million in debtor-in-possession financing that, subject to court approval, will refinance portions of its existing credit facility.
This amount, combined with cash from operations, will provide liquidity to support the Legacy Reserves continuing business operations during the Chapter 11 case, according to the company.&nbsp;
The company&rsquo;s stockholders have been warned that trading in shares of Legacy&#39;s common stock during the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/bankruptcy">bankruptcy</a> will be highly speculative and pose substantial risks, Legacy said.&nbsp;
The company said it expects its common stock to be delisted from the Nasdaq&nbsp;for non-compliance with marketplace rules as a result of the bankruptcy filing.&nbsp;
Legacy said it expects there will be no recovery for any equity holder in the bankruptcy.&nbsp;
On Wednesday, Legacy Reserves shares were trading at 8 cents.
