Eagle Point Income Co is a closed-end management investment company. Its primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation.

The company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations, or CLOs, that are collateralized by a portfolio consisting of below-investment grade U.S. senior secured loans with a large number of distinct underlying borrowers across various industry sectors.
