The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any investment borrowings) in the common stocks and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of Crypto Industry Companies and Digital Economy Companies. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 50% of its net assets (plus any investment borrowings) in Crypto Industry Companies. The remainder of the Funds net assets used to satisfy the 80% test set forth above will be invested in Digital Economy Companies.1. Crypto Industry Companies are those companies that (i) derive at least 50% of their revenue or profits directly from goods produced or sold, investments made, or services performed in the crypto industry ecosystem (defined below); and/or (ii) have at least 50% of their net assets accounted for by direct holdings of bitcoin, ether or another cryptocurrency (collectively, crypto assets). The Funds investment sub-adviser, SkyBridge Capital II, LLC (SkyBridge or the Sub-Advisor), defines crypto industry ecosystem to be those companies involved in servicing the crypto asset markets, including crypto asset mining firms, crypto mining equipment suppliers, crypto asset trading and asset management companies and companies directly holding crypto assets on their balance sheets.2.Digital Economy Companies are those companies that derive at least 50% of their revenue or profits directly from goods produced or sold, investments made, or services performed in the digital economy ecosystem (defined below). The Sub-Advisor defines digital economy ecosystem to be those companies: (i) operating as digital banks with no physical branches, or, operating as banks with physical branches that nonetheless derive the requisite 50% profits or revenues from digital banking; (ii) operating online brokerage or trading platforms and/or conducting digital market making; (iii) operating digital payment gateways or (iv) manufacturing semiconductors. For the avoidance of doubt, companies deemed to be Crypto Industry Companies will not be considered Digital Economy Companies.

Here's an excerpt from our conversation with Prof. Zhu, where he discusses how i2Cool is redefining passive cooling, scaling globally, and driving climate resilience through deep-tech innovation and community-centered leadership.
The i2Cool has gained traction in 20+ countries across a range of applications. What is your strategic roadmap for expanding further into high-growth regions such as Southeast Asia, Africa, and LATAM?
We started with demonstration projects in Hong Kong, since being based there made it easier to access building owners and run pilot tests. As a cooling technology developed in the lab, we initially had no direct links to industry players. So our strategy was to prove the concept through local casework, collect reliable performance data, and then partner with distributors who already have strong connections in key sectors.
We're now replicating this model in regions like Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Our first projects in the UAE included high-profile sites such as Dubai Mall and the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. These pilots allowed us to gather precise data showing how much energy can be saved and how significantly we can reduce surface temperatures.
With that data, we engage local distributors who understand the ecosystem and have access to industries such as construction, logistics, cold chain, and container infrastructure. These partners play a key role in promoting our technology within their networks, helping us scale in each market.
Because we didn't come from an industrial background, our focus has always been to build trust and credibility through results. By thinking globally but acting locally, and aligning with each region's market standards and expectations, we've been able to bring our lab-born solution to real-world applications across different countries.
You've successfully collaborated with government bodies and research institutions. How do you evaluate which partnerships to pursue—particularly when it comes to scaling R&amp;D or advancing regulatory adoption?
In the beginning, our material was still at the lab stage and hadn't been tested in real-world environments, which are very different from controlled lab conditions. The first actual application came through a pilot project supported by the Hong Kong government, in a government building near the airport. That project gave us valuable data—on durability, resistance to water droplets, dust, and other real-world factors. It also helped us fine-tune the material and formula to make the product more practical for field use.
This government-led trial was critical, as it validated the technology and gave us a performance reference for the broader market. After that, we gradually expanded to commercial projects—working with developers, shopping malls, and private buildings. So our journey has been step-by-step: from lab, to public sector validation, and then into the private market.
With origins in academic research and journal publications like Science, how did you bridge the gap between lab innovation and scalable commercial products? What were the key inflection points along the way?
Scaling up from lab to factory was one of the biggest challenges we faced. In the lab, we work with small-scale tools like beakers and stirrers, and use high-purity materials under ideal conditions. But in a factory setting, the equipment is much larger and the raw materials come from industrial suppliers, where quality can vary. We had to spend over three months fine-tuning the equipment parameters and testing different material sources to ensure we could replicate the lab results at scale.
Another major challenge was balancing performance and cost. In theory, achieving 99.9% reflectivity or emissivity would offer the best results, but doing so requires extremely high-grade materials, which can drive up the cost by 10 times. That's not always viable for the market. So we had to find the right formula that could deliver strong performance while remaining cost-effective.
In the end, the key was balance—between lab precision and industrial reality, and between optimal performance and market feasibility.
How is i2Cool aligning its long-term corporate strategy with global sustainability goals, such as Net Zero 2050 and ESG mandates?
In the short term, we focus on producing and selling final products—like coatings, films for buildings, and textiles for the B2C market—to prove the concept and demonstrate the value of our technology in real-world projects. This helps us collect data and build trust with customers.
But in the long run, our goal is to shift towards a platform model. We aim to produce only the core nanoparticle concentrate, which can be supplied to various manufacturers—paint, film, or fiber makers—who can then integrate our i2Cool technology as an additive into their own products. This would allow us to scale through established players in mature industries.
Ultimately, we want to focus on the technology itself and enable wide adoption across sectors. Given how quickly this industry evolves, we believe manufacturers are increasingly open to adopting innovative materials like ours into their existing product lines.
What emerging technologies or materials are in your pipeline that you believe will define the next phase of electricity-free cooling solutions? 
Currently, our product offers a single function: electricity-free cooling during summer by reflecting sunlight and emitting heat. But we're developing a second version that adapts to ambient temperature. In winter, the material will shift to a darker color to absorb solar energy and help warm indoor spaces. In summer, it returns to a lighter color to enable passive cooling. This version would be ideal for regions with seasonal variations, such as high-altitude countries.
We&#8217;ve also observed that in humid regions like Southeast Asia, especially during rainy days, the cooling performance drops because water vapor blocks thermal emission. To address this, we&#8217;re working on a new research direction—harvesting kinetic energy from raindrops to generate electricity.
In the future, our technology will offer dual functionality: passive cooling on sunny days and power generation on rainy days, making it suitable for diverse climates and conditions.
Given the wide range of use cases—from PV panels to textiles—how do you strike a balance between product customization and the need for scalable manufacturing?
Yes, it requires extensive trial work and strong quality control in the factory. Any time we switch to a lower-cost material or change suppliers, we must assess how it affects product performance. That's why we're building a systematic method to evaluate and verify the effectiveness of our technology.
For any startup aiming to strike the right balance between performance, cost, and market acceptance, it&#8217;s essential to first understand what the market needs and what level of performance is considered &#8220;good enough.&#8221; Defining those standards early on is key to scaling successfully.
How does customer feedback from real-world deployments—such as logistics operations in the UAE or public housing projects in Hong Kong—inform your product iteration process? 
Different customers have different expectations, largely shaped by their local climate conditions. For example, in the UAE's hot and dry climate, we initially expected our cooling material to reduce indoor temperatures by 3–5°C, similar to our Hong Kong trials. But in our first UAE project at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, it actually reduced temperatures by over 10°C—well beyond our expectations.
However, we soon discovered a new challenge: the extreme temperature difference between day and night in desert climates caused thermal expansion, which led to material cracking. While the cooling performance was excellent, the material's durability wasn't suitable for those conditions. So we returned to the lab and modified the formulation to improve elongation and resistance to thermal stress.
This experience showed us that every market has unique expectations and environmental demands. To succeed globally, we must start from the end-user's needs and continuously adapt the technology to local conditions and customer behavior.
With offerings like i2Coating, i2Film, and i2Membrane, is there a long-term plan to bundle or integrate these into a full-stack thermal management system for buildings or infrastructure?
Yeah, you raised a very good point because we have a lot of products and a lot of new things. Currently, our focus is on buildings and outdoor equipment in urban areas. But as we develop our ceramic-based solutions, we&#8217;re expanding into city infrastructure. In some large-scale projects in Hong Kong, we applied our material to expansive rooftop areas and found that not only did the buildings cool significantly, but the surrounding air temperature also dropped by 0.5 to 1°C.
This suggests that wide-scale application across urban infrastructure can help cool entire communities, contributing meaningfully to global climate goals—like the UN's target of limiting temperature rise to 1.5°C. Even a 0.5°C local reduction can have a major impact on mitigating the urban heat island effect and improving public thermal comfort.
That's why we're now pushing ceramic materials into public infrastructure. In parallel, we're also developing B2C products—like textiles, clothing, umbrellas, and other daily-use items—to empower individuals, not just institutions. We want our cooling technology to reach every part of the community, blending both ‘hardware' like buildings and infrastructure, and ‘software'—the people who live there.
I recently experienced the heatwave in Paris firsthand, and it was strikingly similar to what we see in Hong Kong. As extreme heat events become more common, even in high-altitude countries, we believe our technology has a role to play globally—not only for cities and industries, but for everyday people seeking relief from rising temperatures.
i2Cool integrates electricity-free cooling technology with traditional materials such as paint and textiles. How do you think this innovation will reshape the role of these materials in industries like construction and automotive? 
Our material is versatile and not limited to premium applications like buildings. While we&#8217;ve started with infrastructure projects to demonstrate clear cooling benefits, our broader goal is to scale the technology across diverse, accessible use cases. That's why we've begun integrating our core cooling nanoparticles into different substrates—like textiles—enabling B2C products for everyday use.
This shift builds on what we've learned from large-scale urban projects and is part of our strategy to move from niche adoption to widespread impact. Compound interest won't do much if you only have a $1 portfolio. You won't see it go from $1 to $10 in your lifetime if you rely on 10% annualized growth. That's why it is important to monitor your finances, trim your expenses, and put everything you save into assets that can multiply your wealth.
If you get a 100% return on $1,000, you end up with $2,000. However, getting a 10% return on $1 million results in an extra $100,000. It's nice to get high percentage returns, but those gains won't do much good if you have a small portfolio.
The great thing is that the more money you put into your portfolio, the easier it is to reach new milestones. Getting the first million is the hardest part, but it then becomes much easier to reach $2 million. Jumping from $2 million to $3 million is much easier than jumping from $1 million to $2 million. It's even easier to go from $9 million to $10 million compared to the other jumps mentioned earlier. Wealth compounds on itself and makes every milestone easier to achieve.

It's still good to have some money in a high-yield savings account to cover emergency expenses. It's a common recommendation to keep up to six months of living expenses in an emergency savings account. Once you reach this threshold, it may be a good idea to put any remaining cash into investments.

She said the net amount she received was $28,000 after taxes. Only about $3,300 of that was her actual paycheck. And even though she flagged the mistake immediately, it took the company 10 months to send her a repayment letter.

Because the issue crossed into a new tax year, the employer is now asking her to repay the full gross amount, including $23,000 in taxes that were already sent to the IRS.
&#8220;It was taxed in my 2024 tax return,&#8221; she said, adding that the tax hit came out of pocket. To make things more confusing, the employer is offering to deduct 15% of her future paychecks until the debt is repaid.
Ramsey broke it down directly: &#8220;You don't pay more than what you actually owe.&#8221;
He explained that she should only repay what she physically received – about $24,000, after accounting for her real paycheck –&nbsp; and the rest should come back from the IRS once her taxes are corrected.
&#8220;You paid $23,000 more in taxes than you should have,&#8221; Ramsey said. &#8220;You should get all of that back.&#8221;

Ramsey told her to have the company file an amended W-2 and to make sure her tax preparer files an amended return, so she can recover the $23,000 she never should have paid.
&#8220;If your CPA doesn&#8217;t know how to do that, get a new CPA,&#8221; he said. &#8220;This is not rocket science.&#8221;
Co-host Ken Coleman criticized the company for taking so long to fix its mistake: &#8220;A big company that has all the resources in the world to fix this, and they didn&#8217;t fix it quickly. Hate that for her, but it is fixable.&#8221;
Ramsey said that in his own business, if they accidentally overpay someone a few thousand dollars, they often just let it go. &#8220;You know what we do? Eat it. Just keep the money. You can start a business and then hand it off to your children in the future. That's building wealth. You can also make a six-figure salary, but that salary vanishes the moment you pass away or can no longer fulfill the job's responsibilities due to age or another factor. It's also possible to get laid off from your job, while you have more control over your financial destiny if you start a business.

Estate taxes and local taxes can also come into play, further reducing the inheritance you provide for your children.
That's why starting a business is valuable. The cash flow continues to arrive, and your heirs can improve the business to boost its profits. If you don't start a business, you can also invest in assets like stock and real estate that generate income.
It's better to be reminded of how your money will be taxed and split up when you pass your inheritance on to your heirs. It can give you the extra motivation to invest in passive assets and start a company that your children can inherit.

Those efforts won't guarantee that you build a successful brand. However, if you are strategic about your core services, how you will identify your target customers, what marketing channels you use, and how you guide people along the customer journey, it's possible to develop a successful brand.

What Happened: Donald Trump has accused these individuals of unlawfully receiving funds from the Harris campaign. Trump made these allegations in a <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/114922194000687458">post</a> on Truth Social late Saturday.
Trump alleges that the Democrats owe a significant amount of money post the Presidential Election, accusing them of paying Beyonce, Oprah, and Sharpton large sums for endorsements. 
&#8220;I'm looking at the large amount of money owed by the Democrats, after the Presidential Election, and the fact that they admit to paying, probably illegally, Eleven Million Dollars to singer Beyoncé for an ENDORSEMENT (she never sang, not one note, and left the stage to a booing and angry audience!), Three Million Dollars for "expenses," to Oprah, Six Hundred Thousand Dollars to very low rated TV "anchor," Al Sharpton (a total lightweight!), and others to be named for doing, absolutely NOTHING! These ridiculous fees were incorrectly stated in the books and records. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO SO,&#8221; Trump wrote in the post. 
He further claimed that these payments were illegal and inaccurately recorded&nbsp;in the books and records.

However, the source of these figures remains unclear. According to campaign finance records,&nbsp;Beyonce's production company, Parkwood Entertainment,&nbsp;received&nbsp;$165,000 for her appearance at&nbsp;an Oct. 26 rally in&nbsp;Houston. 
Harpo Productions, Oprah's production company, was paid $1 million for&nbsp;a live-streamed town hall in&nbsp;Michigan. Sharpton's National Action Network&nbsp;received $500,000 for voter mobilization initiatives.
This&nbsp;is not the first time&nbsp;Trump has made such allegations, but&nbsp;it is the first time&nbsp;he has demanded criminal prosecutions. He had previously raised questions about the legality of such payments in posts made in December and May.
Why It Matters: These allegations come at a time when campaign finance laws are under scrutiny. If proven true, these could have serious implications for the individuals involved and could potentially impact future campaign finance regulations.

NASA is preparing to shrink its workforce by approximately 20%, with nearly 4,000 civil servants expected to depart through a voluntary resignation program aimed at streamlining operations under the Donald Trump administration's broader <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/space/25/07/46647024/nasa-confirms-major-workforce-reduction-1-in-5-employees-expected-to-leave" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">federal workforce reduction plan</a>.
The space agency announced on Friday that an estimated 3,870 employees will exit, bringing the total number of civil servants down to around 14,000 by the end of the year.

NASA emphasized that the figures could still fluctuate as applications are reviewed and some employees may withdraw or be denied participation. Officials noted that the agency had also accounted for roughly 500 employees leaving through regular attrition during the same period.
The agency first launched a voluntary exit initiative early in the Trump administration.
That initial round, which began with agency-wide emails offering buyouts, led to the departure of 870 staff—about 4.8% of the total workforce at the time.
The latest round began in June, with a deadline to opt in by late July. NASA reported that 16.4% of its current staff accepted the offer.
Former acting administrator Janet Petro stated during a June town hall that the goal was to avoid forced layoffs. "The reason we are doing this is to minimise any involuntary workforce reductions in the future," Petro told employees, according to a leaked recording, South China Morning Post added.
Despite concerns about institutional knowledge loss, NASA leadership affirmed its commitment to exploration goals, including missions to the Moon and Mars.
In its public statement, the agency said, "Safety remains a top priority for our agency as we balance the need to become a more streamlined and more efficient organisation," the report adds
However, the plan has sparked internal backlash.
In a letter titled &#8220;The Voyager Declaration,&#8221; hundreds of past and present NASA employees warned newly appointed interim administrator Sean Duffy—who also heads the Department of Transportation—that widespread resignations could compromise both safety and innovation. 
The letter stated, "Thousands of Nasa civil servant employees have already been terminated, resigned or retired early, taking with them highly specialised, irreplaceable knowledge crucial to carrying out Nasa's mission."

Following this transaction, Moskovitz&#8217;s total holdings in Asana now stand at 54,405,999 shares, valued at approximately $818,266,224.96. 
This acquisition signifies a 0.42% increase in Moskovitz&#8217;s ownership of Asana&#8217;s stock. The transaction details were&nbsp;disclosed in a legal filing&nbsp;with the SEC, which is&nbsp;accessible on the SEC website.
As per Benzinga <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/sec/insider-trades">Insider</a>, Asana&#8217;s shares experienced a slight dip on Friday, trading down $0.05 to reach $14.90. The company&#8217;s current ratio stands at 1.47, with&nbsp;a quick ratio of 1.47&nbsp;and a debt-to-equity ratio of&nbsp;0.16. 
The firm&#8217;s 50-day moving average is $15.04, while&nbsp;its 200-day moving average is&nbsp;$16.85.

Neuralink later said the filing was a mistake. &#8220;Neuralink has never applied for nor received a benefit from the federal government. The box on the SAM.gov was erroneously checked and has since been updated,&#8221; a company spokesperson told <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2025/07/17/elon-musks-neuralink-says-owned-by-disadvantaged-persons-in-filing.html">CNBC</a> on July 19.
According to Neuralink's profile on SBA.gov, the company currently has no active or former SBA certifications, despite being self-registered as an SDB. The agency notes that such self-attestations are not verified by SBA.
The filing listed Jared Birchall as the contact. Birchall also runs Musk's family office.

Neuralink has implanted its brain-computer interface device <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/07/46537319/elon-musk-says-neuralink-will-do-life-changing-good-for-billions-as-company-successfully-adds-9-bci-implants-targets-20-by-end-of-2025">into nine human patients</a>, and aims to reach 20 implants by the end of the year. The company recently completed two surgeries in a single day for the first time.
&#8220;Neuralink will do live-changing good for ultimately millions, maybe billions, of people,&#8221; Musk <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1947346507927326761">said on X</a> on July 21. &#8220;Imagine your loved one being able to walk again or your parent with dementia being able to recognize their child again.&#8221;
Co-founder DJ Seo <a href="https://x.com/djseo/status/1947343233492701396">confirmed</a> the goal: &#8220;Our goal is at least 20 before the end of 2025.&#8221;
The company is also <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/06/46020319/elon-musk-says-neuralinks-blindsight-implant-will-help-people-see-radar-infrared-like-a-superpower-ahead-of-human-trial-next-year">planning human trials</a> of its vision-restoring &#8220;Blindsight&#8221; implant in the United Arab Emirates by 2026.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Criticism And Big Backers</h2>
Despite the progress, Neuralink <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/health-care/25/06/46160805/elon-musk-says-clear-path-to-restoring-hearing-with-neuralink-but-the-deaf-community-want-to-have-their-say">has faced criticism</a>, including from the deaf community, after Musk claimed the tech could help restore hearing.
Neuralink's backers include major investors like Cathie Wood's ARK Invest, Founders Fund, Sequoia Capital and Thrive Capital. The $650 million Series E round closed in June.
The company says it is building ultra-high-bandwidth brain-machine interfaces and is actively hiring engineers in San Francisco. Founded in 2016 and incorporated in Nevada, Neuralink lists its focus as biotechnology R&amp;D.

Elon Musk's Neuralink Claimed 'Small Disadvantaged Business' Status—Right Before Venture Investors Gave It A $9 Billion Valuation

A recent poll has uncovered that a significant number of Americans would willingly forsake love, betray friends, and even risk their own lives for a million-dollar windfall.
The <a href="https://studyfinds.org/would-you-leave-your-partner-for-million-dollars/">survey </a>conducted by online casino deals tracker Gamblizard disclosed that over 40% of Americans would willingly part ways with their romantic partners for a million dollars.
Almost half of the participants, 46%, confessed they would risk their lives in a deadly game akin to the popular Netflix series &#8220;Squid Game&#8221; for a $33 million reward. 
Additionally, four out of ten Americans admitted they would drive a stranger to bankruptcy to secure the same amount for themselves.
Interestingly, the survey also revealed that 60% would renounce technology and adopt an off-grid lifestyle, and 41% would abstain from sex for a million-dollar paycheck.

A shocking 15% admitted they would falsely implicate a friend in a crime they didn&#8217;t commit to obtain such a sum.
On the other hand, 10% of respondents said they would decline the money if they couldn&#8217;t share it, and 21% valued access to social media more than a million dollars. 
More than half would refuse the money if it was controlled by their parents, and 38% would reconsider if their adversary also stood to gain.
Why It Matters: These findings provide a fascinating insight into human psychology, suggesting that people&#8217;s moral boundaries may fluctuate as the incentives increase. 
However, some experts caution that these responses may underestimate the actual number of people who would follow through with these choices if presented with the opportunity.
