The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any investment borrowings) in the common stocks and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of Crypto Industry Companies and Digital Economy Companies. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 50% of its net assets (plus any investment borrowings) in Crypto Industry Companies. The remainder of the Funds net assets used to satisfy the 80% test set forth above will be invested in Digital Economy Companies.1. Crypto Industry Companies are those companies that (i) derive at least 50% of their revenue or profits directly from goods produced or sold, investments made, or services performed in the crypto industry ecosystem (defined below); and/or (ii) have at least 50% of their net assets accounted for by direct holdings of bitcoin, ether or another cryptocurrency (collectively, crypto assets). The Funds investment sub-adviser, SkyBridge Capital II, LLC (SkyBridge or the Sub-Advisor), defines crypto industry ecosystem to be those companies involved in servicing the crypto asset markets, including crypto asset mining firms, crypto mining equipment suppliers, crypto asset trading and asset management companies and companies directly holding crypto assets on their balance sheets.2.Digital Economy Companies are those companies that derive at least 50% of their revenue or profits directly from goods produced or sold, investments made, or services performed in the digital economy ecosystem (defined below). The Sub-Advisor defines digital economy ecosystem to be those companies: (i) operating as digital banks with no physical branches, or, operating as banks with physical branches that nonetheless derive the requisite 50% profits or revenues from digital banking; (ii) operating online brokerage or trading platforms and/or conducting digital market making; (iii) operating digital payment gateways or (iv) manufacturing semiconductors. For the avoidance of doubt, companies deemed to be Crypto Industry Companies will not be considered Digital Economy Companies.

AutoZone (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AZO#NYSE">AZO</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $28.29 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $29.39 by 3.74 percent. This is a 2.08 percent decrease over earnings of $28.89 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.95 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $3.98 billion by 0.73 percent. This is a 2.41 percent increase over sales of $3.86 billion the same period last year.

Elon Musk&#8216;s rocket manufacturing company SpaceX said on Monday that it is looking to launch its ambitious Starship launch vehicle from Florida for the first time later this year. 
What Happened: The company is building a new integration facility called Gigabay next to its HangarX facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, SpaceX said. Gigabay will support Starship and Super Heavy vehicles up to 81 meters tall and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
The company is also putting up a Gigabay at Starbase, its headquarters in Texas, where all Starship manufacturing and launch activities currently take place, it said.
&#8220;As we work to complete the Gigabay in Florida, we are also designing and planning for a co-located manufacturing facility, similar to the Starfactory in Texas, to enable production of Starships in Florida,&#8221; SpaceX said in a statement. However, until manufacturing, integration, and refurbishment facilities are completed in Florida, completed Starship boosters and spacecraft will be transported from Starbase to Florida via barge, the company said. 
The company is also looking to build a Starship launch and catch site at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Given the company gets a green light following environmental reviews, SpaceX intends to launch Starship from Florida for the first time later this year, it said.
Why It Matters: The company also expressed interest in enabling Starship launches from Space Launch Complex 37 (SLC-37) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, used until last year for the retired Delta IV rocket manufactured by United Launch Alliance (ULA). The company has got a permit for conducting further due diligence on the site, it said. 
The Starship vehicle is part of big dreams. While NASA is looking forward to landing humans back on the surface of the Moon after a gap of over 50 years with the help of a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/42108681/spacex-shows-off-conceptual-version-of-starship-which-will-help-humans-land-back-on-moon-in-over-50-yrs" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">custom version of Starship</a>, Musk is dreaming of taking&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/09/40770222/elon-musk-sets-2026-for-starships-first-uncrewed-mars-mission-targeting-successful-landing" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">humans to the planet Mars</a>&nbsp;aboard Starship. However, the vehicle is currently in the testing and development phase. Its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/space/25/03/44102170/spacex-scraps-starship-flight-test-on-monday-too-many-question-marks-about-this-flight-says-ceo-elon-musk">eighth flight test</a>, slated for Monday, was canceled seconds before liftoff after a vehicle issue was identified. 
Once all facilities are up and running in both Florida and Texas, the company can ramp up the launch rate of the Starship, it said.
"…I would not be surprised if we fly 400 Starship launches in the next four years,&#8221; SpaceX President and COO&nbsp;Gwynne Shotwell&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/space/24/11/42105704/spacex-ceo-elon-musk-reveals-technical-glitch-that-led-company-to-drop-key-objective-of-starships-6th-test-flight" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">said at the Baron Investment Conference</a>&nbsp;in New York in November.

On February 28, Freshippo announced it would shut down three Freshippo X membership stores in Shanghai, bringing its total to only five nationwide. This move diverges from its plans to compete with Walmart Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WMT#NYSE">WMT</a>) Sam&#8217;s Club.
Zhang Yi of iiMedia Research told Yicai that Freshippo X outlets, which target premium customers, have yet to break even as they have adopted the supermarket business model for large stores.
A customer told Yicai that the non-exclusivity of most of the products on sale at Freshippo X members-only stores diminished the value of paid memberships.

Alibaba&nbsp;stock has surged 82% in the last 12 months, backed by China&#8217;s stimulus measures to drive economic growth. This has posed a tailwind for its e-commerce business, and the company&#8217;s affordable artificial intelligence models are gaining traction.
Analysts rerated the stock after its quarterly report, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/price-target/25/02/43888574/alibabas-ai-expansion-e-commerce-growth-reinforce-bullish-analyst-outlook" rel="noreferrer noopener">citing AI growth</a> and e-commerce rebound.
