Korea Zinc plans to work with TMC&#8217;s U.S. subsidiary to process polymetallic nodules into refined metals, copper foil, and precursor cathode active materials (pCAM). The partnership will explore establishing manufacturing capacity in the U.S. to strengthen domestic supply chains for critical minerals such as nickel, cobalt, copper, and manganese.
The collaboration stems from an ongoing agreement under which Korea Zinc is testing nodule samples supplied by TMC USA. Both companies aim to develop a vertically integrated pipeline for critical materials outside of China&#8217;s control.

Victoria's Secret Faces Proxy Pressure After Sharp Stock Decline: Report

With industry sales decelerating at a faster pace <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/automotive">than expected in May</a>, CarMax Inc.'s (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KMX#NYSE">KMX</a>) earnings estimate for the fiscal first quarter has been cut from $1.45 per share to $1.25 per share, though this is still higher than the consensus of $1.20, according to JPMorgan.
